Would maybe stay again if the price was right.
Pros:

The room was clean, and the bed was comfy. I like the speaker in the bathroom vent; it was a nice touch.

Cons:

The lighting in the room was awful. There was only one lamp for the entire room, and it was very dim. The view from rm 202 was to an alleyway, so there was no sunlight coming through the windows.

Hot, things were broken in the bathroom, paying for parking, subjected to certain time frame to have your car out. There’s no valet between the hours of 11p-7a

Pros:

The staff at the front desk were very welcoming and accommodating. I was able to check in 4 hours before check in because they had a room available.

Cons:

The bathroom light was accompanied with a short melody that was inconvenient when turning it on in the middle of the night.

Great bed, but the bathroom floor yuked me out.
Pros:

Bed was awesome. Cooling system was awesome. Quiet night. Fridge was nice and cool.

Cons:

Bathroom floor was super sticky. Gross.
No room service during our stay.
Only two pillows on bed. Had to hunt down 2 more pillows.
No luggage carts were available at check in . Waited 30 min. In lobby after front desk called twice to bring one down.
No microwave in room.
Parking cost is excessive.

The location to the arena is awesome. So many restaurants and stores within walking distance. Very clean. Great food in the restaurant
