Pros:

Location, room, service. All great

Cons:

NO BREAKFAST. 😂 I've stayed at 3 Sonesta hotels in 3 states. This one was the only one with no continental breakfast. Not even a coffee. 😂

Peaceful and calm
Pros:

It’s was cute and clean and modern

Cons:

Not much I didn’t like.. my room was cold but they moved me to a different room to fix that. So I don’t really have any complaints.

Pros:

We loved the hotel. Not much that we did not like. The bed was awesome. It was nice and clean.

Cons:

Parking fee and breakfast. Not sure how the breakfast worked. But, when we went down there were bread and juice.

We do think that there should be a discount for parking if you stay at the hotel. There are many other places for the same price.

Pros:

The young lady that checked me in was great!! Shenia.. I think was her name…
The valet young lady was sweet & pleasant.. very knowledgeable of the area.. the next day the gentleman who retrieve my car was also very pleasant..

Cons:

I arrived at the hotel at about 2:45pm which is earlier then check in time.. however the big man at the desk was very rude and wouldn’t answer any of my questions and kept stating check-in wasn’t until 4pm.. I had been to a hotel and the front desk staff was rude!! As I was standing there trying to ask about valet he just walked out the hotel leaving me standing at the desk while he smoke a vape… because of his attitude I will never stay at this hotel again..

Glad it was only 1 night!
Cons:

My bedding was dirty and I had to call and ask the front desk for new bedding 3 times and I waited a total of 7 hr to get it. To the point we're I said "Yall don't have to change them I'll do myself , I just want my sheets". I had 2 different hairs on my pillow and 1 down in the sheets. None of the hairs were mine or belonged to my wig. She said fine but you have to come get them. I was in and out of the hotel all that day . The first 2 calls were made when I first got there around 4 and 6 pm. The last call was Midnight when I was actually trying to sleep. Also, I only received 1 towel set , the rest were tiny floor towels. A small minor issue was the hold fee. All across America I have always had a holding fee be 100$ or sometimes people trust me and don't take it at all (thank you) but their fee is 150$. For what reason?? Had fun outside of that because it was for the Cardi B concert.
