Dès notre arrivée, nous avons adoré cet hôtel. L’équipe est d’une gentillesse remarquable, toujours un sourire, un petit mot ou une attention qui fait vraiment la différence. Nous avons terminé notre découverte du Kazakhstan par cet établissement et nous n’aurions pas pu rêver d’une plus belle façon de conclure notre voyage.

L’emplacement est idéal, le petit-déjeuner vraiment remarquable et l’espace piscine et spa est un vrai bonheur après une journée de marche, de visites et de shopping. Nous avons apprécié chaque moment passé ici, et tout particulièrement les petites attentions et les mots laissés par l’équipe.

Nous avons adoré découvrir le Kazakhstan et, au moment de repartir, nous quittons cet hôtel et ce magnifique pays le cœur un peu lourd. Une très belle expérience humaine autant qu’hôtelière. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et recommandons cette adresse sans aucune hésitation !

Pros:

Отель достойный.
Есть в нем дух Ритца, ощущение такого настоящего Олд мани ))
Вот в Москве и на Мальдивах нет, а в этом есть.

Cons:

С едой прям беда.
Рестораны явно не дотягивают до уровня отеля.
Рестораны на 1 и верхнем этажах не вкусно, но красиво и милый персонал.
На 3 этаже просто какая то столовка.
На завтраке официантка подходила, у нас чуть слезы не потекли от ее запаха, ну надо же как то следить за этим.
Вечерний ужин превратился в фиаско, где официант забыла часть блюд, а вместо заказанного стейка вагю нам принесли какую то унылую говядину и убеждали что так и должно быть.
Были вынуждены ездить за пределы отеля искать рестораны в надежде вкусно покушать.
