Overall, my stay was disappointing due to the hotel’s lack of flexibility, poor handling of guest concerns, and failure

Location and the room

Cons:

The hotel was not flexible with an early check-in despite having available rooms and I paid for the whole previous day (full price) however arrived at 5AM morning on my booked day. Since I was tired and wanted to check in to my room, I asked for at least to pay half of the price, since I arrived already on my day of booking. I live in Dubai and here hotels are more flexible and always give you an alternative way just to make you feel as a valuable guest. There was also a major technical issue overnight where all the lights in the room turned on and could not be switched off until 5:00 a.m., even by the hotel staff. As this affected multiple guests and resulted in a sleepless night, the hotel should have offered appropriate compensation or a complimentary gesture to all impacted guests.

One of the finest in Astana
Pros:

One of the finest hotels I stayed in for work. Stayed during June 30 - July 3. Great breakfast. Excellent customer services. Very comfortable room on the 17th floor. Highly recommended.

Pros:

飯店設計富麗堂皇，工作人員都很好，飯店距離baiterek tower很近，附近就是LRT，出行很方便。 住的也很舒服，樓下就是商場，飯店應該是屬於Astana最好的飯店！

Extremely caring and attentive staff. Family was spoiled. Extra special thank you to Aida who thoughtfully prepared for my mother in law a surprise upon arrival what she really needed and I don’t know how she realised that she needed it for a trip and Aida magically assisted with it and my mother in law never said a word/ never asked . It really made her so so happy. Arailym and Madina from reception were so nice and kind and caring she felt like a super star . Daniyar was truly caring. I am simply grateful to all team for most beautiful stay for my sweet mother in law who was taking care for few months of our kids and this was our small present for trip in Kazakhstan !

Lives up to the Ritz Brand - need I say more?
Pros:

So far the RC brand has never ceased to amaze me. The stafff spoke fluent English and was eager to serve whenever you needed anything. They remembered my preferences from Day 1 (stayed 5 days) and really did small touches to help me ease my anxiety throughout a hectic business trip. I loved the turndown surprise, your chocolate platter and thoughtful card really made my day (after a 21 hour work day).
