Pros:

Very good buffet dinner and breakfast.
Anisha at the reception was excellent. The lady and gentleman the next morning were also excellent and I forget their names. Overall excellent reception staff.

Cons:

Gym had no trainer, no towels, no water.
The hand wash soap fell off from the wall where it was attached.

Great location excellent stay
Pros:

When we were driving from Bengaluru to the North, this property is at the crux between the two states Karnataka and Maharashtra. Booking.com showed me this amazing hotel which was nicely located on the highway. That too for an amazing price. Nice welcome by the front desk and the beautiful view from the hotel floors added more beauty to the experience. Nice breakfast and gym were there. Pool was not very big but looked well maintained. A driver's accommodation would have definitely helped me more. Otherwise, it was a great experience overall. Definitely recommend

Our stay at Fairfield by Marriott was truly delightful. The accommodations were impeccably clean and comfortable, and the staff demonstrated exceptional courtesy and helpfulness. We would particularly like to extend our gratitude to Royston from reception, whose assistance was invaluable and who consistently greeted us with a warm smile. The breakfast provided was excellent, and we found the hotel to offer great value. Overall, our experience was very pleasant, and we would certainly choose to stay here again.
