Ottima posizione. Personale professionale e disponibile. Camera luminosa ma arredamento decisamente vecchiotto. Bagno da rinnovare.

Trovati in bagno nell'armadietto sotto il lavandino indumenti di un precedente ospite. Cosa inaudita e imperdonabile, che fa azzerare tutto il resto di buono della struttura.

L’hôtel est bien placé pour se rendre à Rome (voiture 30min et train dans les alentours dispo)

Nécessité de faire quelques rafraîchissements sur les chambres car moisissures présentes dans la salle de bain et chambres dans leurs jus

Very outdated hotel in need of renovation

Depsite a lot of things that are not good the location was fine and the vieuw to the city nice.

Cons:

There is a lot that’s not good. First of all it’s very outdated and in need of renovations. Some examples damaged walls in the room in need of paint, broken showers, lack of hot water for showering, holes in the curtains and stained chairs. On the outisde the whole building needs a lot of attention for example fix broken lights, all umbrellas were closed although 38celcius outside and the building is just in poor conditions. There are no bar facilities and hardly any service exept for one person behinf a desk. It is a shame as the property has a lot of potential.

Servizio ok ma stanza sotto le aspettative

Staff accogliente, professionale e pulizia

Cons:

Appena entrati nella stanza rumore molto forte della ventola dell'aria condizionata rivolta con alette fisse sul letto, la notte si era costretti a tenerla spenta e ci hanno dato la stanza con bagno dei disabili il water era molto alto, doccia aveva come protezione per l'acqua una tendina in plastica bianca di cui gli ultimi 20 cm era diventata gialla e mentre ti lavavi si attaccava al corpo.

Very well preserved property. Old but nice furniture, in very good condition. The staff is great!

Cons:

There is a specific smell in the room (some chemicals). It doesn’t go away even if you keep the windows open.
