Pros:

Location cleanness, and the staff was very friendly

Cons:

Not a lot of option for room service the menu was lacking variety and no creamer for coffee in the room. Breakfast was the same everyday and boring, food didn’t seem fresh

Great staff, clean, comfortable hotel in a very convinient location.
Pros:

Everything was great, except there was only one nightstand for both of us, which was inconvenient.

Cons:

Not having two separate nightstands.

We enjoyed our stay very much.
Pros:

The location is excellent, a short walk ( less than 5 mins) where the airport bus shuttle drops off passengers and pick up passengers to airport. It is near the main Myeondong shopping strip with lots of eateries around the area. They had free coffee and pop corn in the reception area. We had a twin bed room and room is big enough to put two luggage comfortably.

Cons:

The 2 lifts worked very slowly. Takes a while waiting for lifts. Breakfast was ok but we wish there were more local specialties..example they have Vietnamese noodle..wld have prefer local dishes like rolled egg etc. The fruit selection was very limited.

Meget sentral beliggenhet. Flotte og store rom og veldig hyggelig personale. Veldig serviceminded. Trengte ikke sjekke ut før kl 1300, som var fint siden vi hadde sein pick-up til flyplassen. Anbefaler Hotellet.

W centrum turystycznych atrakcji Seulu
Pros:

Miły i w zasadzie kameralny hotel, pomocny personel i wzorowa czystość. Bardzo dobry transfer autobusowy z/do lotniska. Wyposażenie pokoju bez zarzutu.

Cons:

Prawdopodobnie okna mają ograniczać poziom hałasu z otoczenia, ale w naszym pokoju dźwięki z Namdaemun-ro były dosyć dokuczliwe.

Nice stay in this hotel and good location.
Pros:

The service is excellent. During my stay on the 2nd night, the aircon seems not cold . I thought is still acceptable but on the 3rd night, the room is hot. Their technician immediately attend to my room and they brought a fan for us. The next day, their team came to rectified the aircon problem and the room is cold.

Cons:

As I had been staying at this hotel whenever I came to Korea, there is nothing that I dislik.
