The name on the credit card used for the booking should match the name of the guest staying at the property. If you book a room with breakfast included, the breakfast benefit applies to only one or two guests. Breakfast for a third guest will be charged at KRW 33,000 on-site. The pillows are too soft
The service is excellent. During my stay on the 2nd night, the aircon seems not cold . I thought is still acceptable but on the 3rd night, the room is hot. Their technician immediately attend to my room and they brought a fan for us. The next day, their team came to rectified the aircon problem and the room is cold.
As I had been staying at this hotel whenever I came to Korea, there is nothing that I dislik.

Good location
While the staff were pleasant, I was somewhat disappointed by their lack of helpfulness.
All staff are friendly and helpful. Location wise is superb, it is less than 5 minutes away from the busy shopping street of Myeongdong. It is easy to get around to places as the subway and bus stops are also within walking distance. Plus point is that the hotel has a self-service coin laundry so there's no need to bring many clothings and save luggage space for more shopping :)

Locatie: uitstekend - alles is te lopen, overvloed aan OV mogelijkheden, drie minuten lopen van bushalte airportbus, vele restaurants, vele winkels

1) Conveniently located in Myeongdong shopping area with close access to lines 2 and 4.
2) The staff are pleasant, courteous and professional.
3) The great convenience offered thru the provision of a filtered water dispenser in the room as well as hot cum iced water dispenser along the corridor.
4) The suite room we were staying in is spacious and comfortable, and we like having a walk-in wardrobe particularly that it is an for an 8-nite accommodation.
The lifts may take a while at certain timing but it seems to be a common problem amongst South Korea’s hotels.
