Exceptional Staff and service
Pros:

Hotel is great and Staff were exceptional.
Had an extended stay here and we were made to feel right at home. Tiffany, Evan Chris, Julie, Shetty and Connor provided fantastic service during our stay with a friendly positive nature.
Excellent breakfast with good range of food.
Room was clean and fully functional.
Convenient location.

Cons:

Lifts can be a bit slow during busy periods.

Pros:

There were pleasant surprises: We arrived 10am and yet our room was thankfully available. Coffee & popcorn throughout the day were free. It rained on our last day and umbrellas were easy to borrow. The staff were young & friendly.

便利な場所なのにサービス残念すぎる

接客態度は良かったのですが、接客内容がよくなかった。場所も便利なのに中身が残念すぎる。
場所もよくて、便利。ソウルの人にホテル名を言ったらわかる場所。

Cons:

夫の誕生日ということを記録しておきますって書いてたのに何のサービスもないばかりか、トイレットペーパーの補充をしている途中で掃除を終わった様子でした。足りないから補充しておいてくださいと朝言って外出して夜に帰ってきたらまさかのまだ補充してなかった。
