Accueil très sympathique par le propriétaire. Environnement très calme, la chambre est spacieuse avec un balcon. Jolie piscine avec vue sur l'Etna.

Pros:

Calme, propreté, piscine superbe Liberté totale d accès à la piscine , Transats confortables, gentillesse du personnel propriétaire très sympathique et parlant français bon petit déjeuner

Cons:

S il fallait une seule critique le petit déjeuner est servi à partir de 8h30 ce qui est un peu tard

Schön ruhig und gut zum entspannen alles soweit in Ordnung
Pros:

Der Empfang war sehr freundlich
Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber
Der Pool war groß, schön und sauber
Das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit

Cons:

In unserem Zimmer war die Klimaanlage ziemlich laut was beim schlafen stört
Die Lage war sehr abseits, man hatte zwar seine Ruhe musste dafür immer das Auto nehmen um etwas zum Essen zu bekommen

Magnifique endroit, un personnel très chaleureux et investi !

Cons:

Faire attention au moyen de transport, zone complexe au niveau accessibilité,je recommande fortement de louer un véhicule ou scooter sur place, il y a bus mais qui ne circule plus à partir de 20h30, et très peu présent

Bel posto ma poco convincente.
Pros:

Staff gentile, disponibile. Colazione buona anche se vengono usati prodotti di grande distribuzione.

Cons:

Le Camere, piccole e datate. Il giardino sembra autunnale... Ad agosto mette un po' di Tristezza.

È molto suggestivo il borgo in sé e la cura esterna degli spazi esterni. Si apprezza la tranquillità e la facilità di raggiungere i vari punti del Plemmirio in tempi brevi. Staff cortese e disponibile.

Pace, relax, affabilità
Pros:

La posizione è molto strategica anche a piedi si possono raggiungere varchi per rilassarsi a mare, se cercate la pace è il posto giusto.
Il gestore Vincenzo suo fratello Domenico e lo staff molto gentili e cortesi disponibili a qualsiasi emergenza. Abbiamo avuto un imprevisto con l'auto e per tre giorni ci hanno fornito assistenza come se fossimo loro figli. Torneremo molto volentieri.

Pros:

Il borgo marino si trova nella riserva naturale del Plemmirio nel Siracusano un oasi naturale quasi del tutto incontaminata i cui accessi al mare sono rocciosi e spettacolari.
La proprieta' ed il personale della struttura sono assolutamente orientati alla soddisfazione dei clienti, con garbo e cortesia propongono la formula degli aparthotel alcuni con terrazzini e angolo cottura con un ampia zona residenziale ma soprattutto una magnifica piscina e zona prendisole, offrendo come aggiunta al soggiorno una colazione completissima.
Grazie al personale in servizio sempre disponibilissimo, e col consenso della proprieta' abbiamo avuto anche le nostre care uova strapazzate...Ottimo!

Cons:

Angolo cottura scarsamente fornito di attrezzature per la cucina. Manca il bide' in bagno.

Personale gentile e accogliente, luogo silenzioso in cui rilassarsi e staccare dalla frenesia della città. La vera chicca è la piscina, calda e non troppo profonda. Altro aspetto positivo: la colazione, abbondante e variegata.

Lo staff molto gentili

Cons:

Per cominciare la stanza con mobili vecchi lascia poco a desiderare. La TV piccolissima dalle dimensioni di un computer portatile. Assenza di un bidet. Le tende molto sporche soprattutto quella della doccia, evidentemente mai lavata è pieno di muffa nella parte inferiore. Assurdo che in stanza manchi la presenza di uno specchio intero.
La piscina piccola e sporca, come anche le sdraio (sul fondo della piscina era ben visibile sporcizia nera). Colazione non ne parliamo, praticamente vuota e banale.
Il posto in generale è molto tranquillo e silenzio,se non per un episodio: qualcuno ha avuto la splendida idea di passare il tosaerba alle 7:30 del mattino.
L'unico pregio il personale molto gentile e premuroso come anche il proprietario. Ma per quanto riguarda il soggiorno purtroppo una delusione totale, non ci tornerei.
Rapporto qualità-prezzo pessimo, abbiamo troppo per i servizi offerti, infatti per la cifra pagata mi aspettavo molto di più

Prima locatie, fijn zwembad.

Cons:

Dit was de enige accommodatie van de 6 boekingen tijdens onze vakantie, die, ondanks, dat de prijs op Booking inclusief alle belastingen was, ons alsnog ‘citytax’ in rekening bracht.

Omdat dit onze eerste accommodatie tijdens onze vakantie op Sicilië was en men booking.com de schuld gaf, hebben we maar gewoon betaald bij vertrek, ondanks dat we hier een vreemd gevoel bij hadden. Nu we onze vakantie er op hebben zitten koppelen we dit toch graag terug. Andere accommodaties hadden het er wel netjes bij staan wanneer het wel exclusief was (met daarbij vermelding van de hoogte van het bedrag dat nog voldaan moest worden), en wanneer het inclusief was, was het ook echt inclusief. We hebben hier dus meer betaald dan van te voren helder was bij het boeken en hebben dit bij het boeken van onze vakanties op booking.com nog nooit meegemaakt.
