Room was very average for the price. Their swimming pool wasn't functional and that was not put up as notice. The room had a window that got stuck and I genuinely expected more from the place given the price and the hype
Very modern hotel with comfortable beds, sink, fridge and microwave in the room. The view of KL was stunning from our rooms 4110 and 4111. Breakfast had everything you could imagine. The staff were outstanding and very accommodating - I know it is common place to store luggage, but we did that and then used the pool after checking out and showered too. Highly recommend and we will be looking for Element by Westin/Marriott again in the future (second time staying with this chain and both times were outstanding!).

飯店地點位於雙子塔後面，走路到雙子塔大約十分鐘內，十分方便! 飯店附近就有捷運站，不過此飯店叫grab成功機率大，司機較願意載客。且在一日遊的飯店接駁服務中，此飯店更在接駁範圍內，超級讚的，就不用去市區內的星巴克等。
lobby在四十樓，lobby有免費咖啡和茶可以喝到飽，早餐也在同層樓享用，每天會有變化菜色，激推印度抓餅，現做就是好吃，建議大家早點到，就有機會坐到窗邊，看世界第二高塔或馬來西亞塔。飯店亦有提供健身房、洗衣房和游泳池，此游泳池非無邊際，但游起來很舒服，早上人不多，可以趁早餐時間前去體驗。
房間被升級，所以空間變超大，有自己的廚房、客廳，甚至還有水龍頭式的濾水器，不用到超市買水，打掃也滿認真的，很值得下次再來住。

Les demandes d'etages eleves pour nos 2 suites / chambres avec skyline view pour notre famille avec 4 enfants. Nous avons paye une somme extremement consequente et reserve il y a tres longtemps pourtant. Nous avons vu d'autres couples se faire surclasser sans avoir paye la vue et nous avons eu le droit a l etage le plus bas...un peu frustrant d'autant que nos 2 chambres n'etaient pas au meme etage. Nous avons vraiment eu le sentiment d'etre discrimine en tant que famille europeenne ? Nous n'avons pas apprecie la nombreuse clientele chinoise briuyante et ne respectant pas les regles de savoir vivre a la piscine par ailleurs. Aucun rappel à l'ordre du personnel.
horrible experience. When I booked the hotel, I received confirmation from Element Hotel that I could park my motorcycle.
First day.
I rode my motorcycle all the way from Singapore and arrived at midnight, but the card system in the car park was not working. i tried 3 different terminals with 3 different Visa/Master and the system was stuck and barriers did not open. I reversed in the car park and went up, leaving my bike in front of the lobby. The security guard was extremely rude at me and rose his voice, saying that I am not allowed to park here and I have to go back to the car park with someone (technician?) to try again. Hello? it's midnight and I am exhausted.. do you think I want to help your guy troubleshoot your car park POS machine and sleep at 1AM? This incident did not make me feel welcome at all.

I found a cockroach in the bathroom of my room
Third day
I received a phone call from the reception at 11h30pm while I was already sleeping, telling me that "someone is outside to collect my laundry"... problem is : I did not request for any laundry service. You guys woke me up for nothing, no one apologised the next day at check out.
Wir haben ein kostenloses Room Upgrade bekommen und ein traumhaftes Zimmer im 41. Stock, mit Blick auf die Skyline erhalten. Der Aufenthalt war wirklich super. Bequeme Betten, viel Platz mit Stauraum und extrem sauber. Der Blick, auch aus dem Pool, direkt auf die towers ist wirklich traumhaft. Ich würde das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.
Meckern auf hohem Niveau: die Klima war etwas laut.
The staff are great! Location is near the subway station and KLCC/Petronas Towers. Breakfast is good for the price. I'll happily stay here again.
