My stay at Element by Marriott Kuala Lumpur was great. The room was very clean, the view was absolutely amazing, and the hotel’s location was excellent. It is conveniently close to the metro station, Petronas Towers, Avenue K, and KLCC, which made getting around very easy.
My only comments are about the breakfast. I think it could be improved by offering more variety. I also didn’t enjoy the croissants they weren’t flaky and tasted more like bread. In addition, on one of the mornings during my stay, the croissants ran out and were not replenish.
I also noticed that there wasn’t much variety in the fruits. There was no pineapple available for everyday , and dragon fruit was only served in very small pieces as a topping for yogurt.
Another disappointment was the Indian station. One morning, I arrived for breakfast at around 10:00 a.m., and the staff member told me that the dough had run out, so he couldn’t prepare the sweet version with sugar for me. I was really looking forward to trying it, so that was disappointing.
I also think the juices could be improved, as I didn’t particularly enjoy their taste.

I stayed here for two nights and was genuinely disappointed. You can definitely find better options in KLCC for the same price range.
The furniture feels outdated and tired. More concerning, I found blood stains on the sheets, which immediately made me panic about whether there were bed bugs. Not acceptable for a Marriott property.
The soundproofing is another major issue. Avoid room 4205 at all costs: we could hear both the TV and full phone conversations from room 4206 until 3 AM, making sleep nearly impossible.

I stayed at the hotel for a birthday staycation, and it was a truly memorable experience. This was my third stay at the property, and each visit has consistently exceeded my expectations. Since my first stay, I have found it difficult to consider other hotels, as this one offers a level of comfort and quality that is hard to match.
Prior to my arrival, I had requested a specific room, and I sincerely appreciated that the team accommodated this request. Upon entering the room, I was pleasantly surprised to find a cake and a handwritten card prepared for me, which made the occasion feel very special. Throughout my stay, the staff were warm, attentive, and professional. One of the team members also offered me a complimentary drink, which was a thoughtful touch.
The room was excellent - well-appointed, cosy, and paired with a very comfortable bed. The stay was peaceful and relaxing, with a stunning view of the Kuala Lumpur skyline, including the KL Tower, the Petronas Twin Towers, and Merdeka 118.
The breakfast was enjoyable, and the hotel’s location is very convenient, with many attractions nearby. Overall, this is one of the best hotels I have stayed at, offering excellent value, comfort, and service. It has become my first choice for any hotel stay in Kuala Lumpur, and I would highly recommend it.

The house-keeping staff cleaning the rooms must be aware of my family’s needs like replacing the correct number of towels. The quality of towels looks past their date; yellow rather than white and must also be changed.
