Pros:

We stayed at this hotel for one night and were very satisfied with our stay. The staff welcomed us warmly and were very friendly. Our room was on the top floor and had a beautiful view of the city street.

The room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay: plenty of towels, bathrobes, a kettle with tea, and all the necessary amenities. We also appreciated the water dispenser on the floor, where guests could refill drinking water. Another nice feature was the different lighting options in the room, which created a very cozy atmosphere.

Our stay left us with a wonderful first impression of Kraków. We would be happy to stay here again.

Consigliato per pulizia e comfort
Pros:

Hotel a 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione e mezzi pubblici facilmente raggiungibili. Ubicato in zona tranquilla. Camera pulita e spazi congrui.
Comodo inoltre l' erogatore dell' acqua posto ad ogni piano con acqua a temperatura ambiente, fredda e gassata

Cons:

La mia stanza affacciava sul pianerottolo, le scale erano in legno e al passaggio delle persone si avvertiva rumore.

Great value with money

The staff are very attentive to my needs and very cooperative.
In fact, I had a small issue and proposed me directly another room.
