Erinomainen ja viihtyisä hotelli huipulla sijainnilla. Kivenheiton päässä vanhasta kaupungista, voi helposti liikkua kävellen. Aamupala erinomainen, huoneet siistit ja rauhallisella alueella. Meidän huone oli sisäpihalle ja ikkunaakin pystyi pitämään yöt auki eikä mitään meteliä kuulunut sisälle. Käytävällä oli vesiautomaatti, josta sai suodatettua vettä, ei tarvitse kantaa vesipulloja. Suosittelen lämpimästi!
Tyynyjä oli vain yhdet, olivat tosi tosi litteät ja olisimme kaivanneet toiset, isommat tyynyt lisäksi. Kylpyhuoneessa niukasti säilytystilaa, mutta ei ongelma kokonaisuudessa.
У помешканні справді було чисто, чистенькі свіжі рушники та постільна білизна. Чудова дівчинка на рецепції, привітна та дуже любʼязна.
Через те що вікна мого номеру виходили на дорогу де іде трамвай, я постійно просиналась, оскільки було дуже гучно від нього ( потрібно прийняти якісь міри щодо шумно ізоляції, оскільки виспатись добре не вдалось

Lack of hot food options for breakfast, ran out of beer one night.
Room was great, facilities were perfect. Staff really helpful, and good location for public transport. In spite of the noise, I would recommend a stay.
Other reviews noted that the tram runs past the front of the building. Complimentary ear plugs are given, but the bed was right against the window and when the tram goes past, the whole room/wall shakes. Once asleep, when they stopped for the night, I didn't wake up, but be mindful if you are a light sleeper!
Nice and quiet hotel. Clean and smart. Friendly staff. Close to the main train station. Slept really well. Kettle in room and water fountain on each floor. Lovely breakfast.

I would strongly advise anyone considering staying at Hotel Lavender to reconsider
Our first night was absolutely fine, however on the second night I woke up covered in bites. By the end of our stay I had over 40 bites across my legs, stomach, back, ankles and even my head.
After this happened I checked previous reviews and found multiple guests reporting similar issues and concerns regarding bed bugs. During our stay we also overheard other guests making similar complaints.
I immediately raised the issue with reception and requested a refund so that we could move to another hotel. This was refused, with the hotel stating that because the booking was made through Booking.com they could not provide a refund. They also advised that they had investigated the room and found no evidence of bed bugs.
What I found particularly concerning was that after leaving the hotel for over seven hours on a pre booked excursion, we returned to collect our belongings and the room appeared completely untouched. Despite being told the matter had been investigated, there was no visible indication that the room had been inspected, cleaned or treated in any way.
I appreciate that bed bugs can be difficult to detect ,
However, waking up with over 40 bites after the second night, combined with the number of similar reports from other guests, leaves me with serious concerns.
The hotel's handling of the situation was disappointing. No alternative room was offered, no refund was provided, and I left feeling that my concerns were dismissed rather than properly addressed.
Based on my experience, I would not stay here again.
Eventually, I got a complimentary £20 (100Zlty) from booking.com. the Hotel refused to accept responsibility.

The hotel was spotless, modern, breakfast was lovely. Staff was friendly. Rooms were brilliant.
You could argue some rooms you get the sound of the teams passing by but with windows shut and aircon that solves it.
The room was very clean and tidy. Fresh towels from house keeping. Staff very friendly.
Location was a little bit of a walk to the main square.
