L’’hotel si trova in una posizione ottimale molto vicino a piazza Mateijco . La struttura è pulita in un quartiere tranquillo , la stanza dotata di tutti i comfort e nel corridoio c’era una colonnina che erogava l’acqua fresca gratis cosa preziosissima .

"Estuve completamente satisfecho con mi estancia. El hotel es muy seguro, cómodo y cuenta con un excelente aire acondicionado, lo cual se agradece. La ubicación es fantástica, el personal es sumamente amable y atento, y la relación calidad-precio es insuperable. pedi una habitacion del interor y no se sentia ningun ruido, Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí,

Beds could benefit from extra pillows
For the price point everything was acceptable. Very close to town center and across from the Catholic Church
Room a little noisy from train, requested a room to rear of hotel but didn’t get.
Breakfast and location excellent. Easy to get around.
A little disappointed with Checkin…receptionist was a little blah, but that could be language barrier…. Was very helpful with getting transportation when we needed a ride and made reservations for us.
Fantastic hotel to stay in it has everything very clean wonderful staff very helpful and it has a lift which I found very helpful as I have bad legs from arthritis a bar to get drinks and a beer garden where you can smoke and drink only had breakfast which was Fantastic really enjoyed our stay there.
I liked the breakfast and the possibility to obtain water from the machines in the hallways.

I enjoyed the size of the room the room was large compared to the last Hotel which was Warsaw Mercure Grand.
I didn't like the elevator setup I was given a room on the third floor. I would have to get off on the 4th floor and walk down to my 3rd floor room. Or you can get off on the third floor and walk up to the third floor rooms
E' abbastanza centrale andando a piedi occorrono 6/7 minuti, comunque c'e' la fermata del tram 18 appena poco piu' in la' che in 2 minuti ti porta in centro. Colazione molto molto abbondante , camera silenziosa doyata di tutto, la reception sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili. C'e' la possibilita' di mangiare a mezzogiorno a un prezzo quasi fisso, peccato che la sera non facciano piu' ristorante. Peccato anche che in TV ci siano solo canali polacchi per rimanere al corrente di quello che succede in Italia e all"estero.

Not friendly at all. In hospitality, friendliness should be the bare minimum.
When we checked out, my wife had lost the plastic room key card. They charged us 50 PLN (€11.50) for it. This is the first time in my life I’ve been asked to return a plastic key card, and because we lost one, they made us pay for it. SHAME! At least we know that we will never return back!
