Pros:

Местоположение отличное. Завтрак хороший, не богатый, но для меня было достаточно. Отель соответствует ожиданиям.

Cons:

Если бы была лампочка над столом, то это бы помогло по вечерам в работе.
Также маловато розеток в номере. Не разобрался с телевизором, так и не смог включить каналы. Была бы инструкция - было бы лучше.

Отель 10/10. Очень красиво, чисто и комфортно. Кровать удобная, мягкая, спалось отлично. В самом центре города. Завтраки включены, за такую цену номера просто подарок. Лифт есть, нести чемоданы не нужно на этаж. В номере кондиционер, холодильник, чайник, полотенца, стаканы и т.д., всё нужное есть. Очень понравилось.

The taxi booked through the hotel at 5.30 am on a Sunday was constantly excessively speeding. When the odometer hit 145km/h I felt unsafe and had to firmly signal that he needed to slow down. It is very important to add that I fed this information to the hotel - and they have been extremely apologetic, were unaware and promised to take the issue up. Although it was a ' short night before departure ' hotel - it tainted the otherwise very friendly staff and clean spacious room.

Hotel is ok.
Goed ontbijt en propere kamers

Cons:

Er werkt daar man van bewaking die je heel de tijd bedreigend zit te bekijken.
Zit je op terras dan komt hij buiten luid met zijn telefoon Russische videos te kijken. Irritant
Zit je binnen dan zit hij je aan de receptir gans de tijd gade te slaan. Heel intrusief en irritant.
Wifi werkt op kamers niet goed

Отель находится в самом центре города. И был неплохой завтрак.

Cons:

Полное несопоставление цены и качества, коллектив не знает что такое сервис, матрас в на кровати был одним из самых худших

Pros:

Взаимодействие с сотрудниками на ресепшн, оперативность и готовность помочь по любому вопросу и ночью и днем. Чайхона Navat рядом с отелем, вкусно и недорого. Гостеприимство кыргызского народа, его отзывчивость.

Cons:

Очень 'уставший' отель и номера, не работал смеситель, слабый напор горячей воды (номер полулюкс на 4 этаже), севшие от стирки вафельные халаты маленького размера, отсутствие минимальных гостиничных сетов/kits (палочки, диски, салфетки, мыло), грязные шторы на окнах, не работающий телевизор, отсутствие российских каналов и пр.

Me cobraron dos veces la habitación diciéndome que no aceptaban pago con booking una vergüenza de verdad. Encima justo me dijeron eso a las 4 de la mañana cuando iba justa de tiempo para ir al aeropuerto.
