Perfect located
Pros:

Everything you need, room is not too spaceous, but clean. The Hotel i very well located, shops and sights reachable by foot. Perfect for a few nights !

Соотношение цена и качество более или менее соответствует.

Cons:

В отеле большие проблемы с обслуживанием. При въезде нам сказали подняться на четвёртый этаж и там нас встретят и дадут ключи от номера. Мы поднялись с вещами, но нас там никто не встретил и ключи от номера не дал. Пришлось звонить на ресепшен, где нам сказали, что не могут дозвонится до горничной, и предложили спуститься на второй этаж. И так далее.

Great facilities, the receptionists were lovely but unhelpful
Pros:

Lovely hotel! Free breakfast and complimentary teas in the hotel room

Cons:

My friend left her camping mat and glasses there and they said they weren't there and couldn't find them. They absolutely were there and the staff were unhelpful - her glasses are prescription so has to resume her trip with no glasses

Great hotel with kind and helpful staff
Pros:

Great hotel with an excellent location! The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They even changed my room because my neighbors were very noisy and allowed me to leave my luggage after check-out, which I really appreciated. The breakfast and facilities were also great. Everything was handled with care, and I felt very welcome. I would definitely stay here again!

Местоположение отличное. Завтрак хороший, не богатый, но для меня было достаточно. Отель соответствует ожиданиям.

Cons:

Если бы была лампочка над столом, то это бы помогло по вечерам в работе.
Также маловато розеток в номере. Не разобрался с телевизором, так и не смог включить каналы. Была бы инструкция - было бы лучше.

Отель 10/10. Очень красиво, чисто и комфортно. Кровать удобная, мягкая, спалось отлично. В самом центре города. Завтраки включены, за такую цену номера просто подарок. Лифт есть, нести чемоданы не нужно на этаж. В номере кондиционер, холодильник, чайник, полотенца, стаканы и т.д., всё нужное есть. Очень понравилось.

The taxi booked through the hotel at 5.30 am on a Sunday was constantly excessively speeding. When the odometer hit 145km/h I felt unsafe and had to firmly signal that he needed to slow down. It is very important to add that I fed this information to the hotel - and they have been extremely apologetic, were unaware and promised to take the issue up. Although it was a ' short night before departure ' hotel - it tainted the otherwise very friendly staff and clean spacious room.
