Friendly, clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Breakfasts were lovely!!! and the staff were great!!!

Cons:

The shower had a mind of its own but we got it working. I also had put my ear plugs in because I could hear a heater or boiler or something - My hysband couldn't hear it though.....

Would most definitely return for another stay and longer next time
Pros:

Location was great easy to find
Rm was lovely and comfortable very clean nice comfortable bed and great comfort bedding
Breakfast was lovely and quick plenty choice
Staff were very friendly and considerate in wanting to make sure we arrived ok and had enjoyed our stay

Pros:

Would have missed breakfast due to leaving early, was then brought a mixture of cereals and milk so children could eat before departure

Cons:

Mattress was a little soft but thats personal preference

Pros:

The staff were very friendly including Wendy (aka Louise) and sorted queries out quickly. Lovely views from the rooms and restaurant.

Cons:

Limited menu for evening meal but nice to have a bar on site. The road can be noisy but we were aware of that and it didn't disturb us.

Fantastic service. Simon and Sarah couldn't be more helpful. I booked the wrong dates and turned up a day early but that was no problem they sorted it all out.

Pleasant and comfortable.
Pros:

I knew the location was on the A1 but was pleasantly surprised how little road noise there was. The host was very pleasant and friendly and the room was comfortable, if a little tired.

Cons:

It's a standard B&B, but perhaps might benefit from a little revamp

Pros:

Great location close to Lindisfarne and on our way to Edinburgh. The room was convenient, very clean and spacious for our family of four. The breakfast was delicious and staff very friendly.
