Pros:

the location is good

Cons:

Large pieces of wood stored next to the rooms. the room has a view to the wall of the nighbor in less then 2meters of distance, the window in the small living room has a view on a small closed space full of pigeon droppings. The walls show signs of excess moisture, the room phone is non functional, and the Air conditioner runs as loud as a heavy machine. the staff was inattentive and lacked basic hospitality.
