great location, easy to walk to sights and restaurants. in town for a concert and the venue was right behind us. staff was so friendly and helpful. Spacious room with a comfortable bed and cold ac (with no limit on how low you can set it!)
great view but very dirty windows. shower was not tiled well (not sloped) so the water didn’t flow to the drain, so we were standing in an inch of water each shower. expensive parking (i’ve never stayed in downtown, it may very well be average pricing). pricy concessions at the front desk
Came for an anniversary trip. Damien (I think) at the front desk was wonderful and Sean at the bar worked his butt off and was amazing! Rooms surpassed expectations! Loved our stay here.
The best location. Two blocks from the action. You can easily avoid the activity or watch from a distance. The breakfast was spot on! I try to get that location whenever I visit.
I didnt like that I had to leave and return back to reality.

No está mal, pero la ubicación es algo a tener en cuenta si te hospedas en Hyatt house. Lo único malo que tiene es que para ir al centro tenes que atravesar 2 cuadras de homeless, que a pesar de no parecer peligroso, de noche cuando volves de cenar, termine tomando otros caminos o volviendo en monopatín para evitarlos. A pesar de ello, volvería a hospedarme acá.

Excellent customer service! Special thanks to Damien and Amelie for accommodating my work schedule and providing such attentive service throughout my stay. The room was spotless and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The hotel had a wonderful ambiance, an excellent location, and a fantastic full buffet breakfast. I also appreciated being able to safely store my luggage after checkout. I will definitely stay here again!.

Walkable distance to 6th street. Very nice room with plenty of space. Breakfast was good. Great shower!
Parking lot was either $40 valet or street parking. Luckily the street parking was free by the time I visited (memorial day).
