Overall a good place to stay in town. Valet parking expensive but a much safer option then public parking nearby

Great stay
Pros:

Staff were great, room clean, free pool and shuffleboard. Breakfast fresh and plentiful.

Cons:

A bit of a walk to some parts of town, best not to walk at night.

Cons:

On my second day i asked for my room to be vacuumed and new towels. I never recieved either. They only have 1 set of elevators so you're waiting forever for the elevator

I always enjoy staying here!
Pros:

Location is great and room was spacious, clean and comfortable. This is our third time staying here and trust we will be back again!

Cons:

The app for valet parking could be a little more user friendly but I understand that is not a hotel thing but one for the parking contractor.

Great hotel, horrible area.

Breakfast was outstanding

Cons:

the area around the hotel was not good. Homeless sleeping on the ground. People bothering you when you walk.
