Honest review
Pros:

The staff was genuinely friendly. The parking was easy. The hotel was in great shape. The breakfast was delicious, full of protein options. Big room. Kid friendly. I would bring my family back.

Cons:

What I would change is the bacon at the chow hall in the morning was shredded. I didn't see the option to chose whole strands of bacon. Other than that the food was great.

Hyatt Santa Cruz Hotel
Pros:

Generally a nice hotel, very clean.
Decent rooms and nice pool area.
Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Slightly out of the way, it was neither in the Boardwalk area or Downtown. Good if you have a car, but if you are walking it's bit of a trek to get around.
Very small bar area, and small breakfast area.

Not that great, had to call twice to get towels in the room, our room was not ready, the breakfast was just ok.
