The location of the hotel is great as we spent our weekend at the beach and the boardwalk which was about a 5min drive. The staff was friendly and helpful, and rooms are spacious and clean. Outdoor heating pool was perfect for my little niece and nephew to swim every night, pool was a little smaller than what I expected but nonetheless it was great!
Breakfast can get a little crowded but its understanding as it was a holiday weekend.
The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. I really liked the vallet parking service. The hotel felt like a luxury experience at a reasonable price. Their rooms were very clean and well designed and comfortable.
The free breakfast in the mornings, the food selection and portions available were generous. But the food quality was only a six out of 10.

Location, design and cleanliness were great!
Excellent place in almost every respect, but they don’t have parking that’s not valet, which can be offputting to some folks.

Room size was spacious
The pool area was packed with kids who were not well supervised.
The hotel is about a 16 minute walk from downtown or a quick 5-minute Uber ride for around $8, making it very convenient to get around.
The rooms are comfortable, with a cozy bed and a quiet atmosphere. I also appreciated the small touches, such as the pleasantly scented toiletries.
The heated pool is a highlight, and the warm towels are a thoughtful addition. However, I was disappointed by the fire pits, which cost $25 per hour to use. This was frustrating since they were a key reason I chose the hotel, and I wasn’t expecting an additional fee on top of an already expensive stay. Valet parking is also required and costs $20.
One thing to be aware of is the presence of homeless individuals throughout the city, from downtown to the hotel area, so it’s best to stay mindful when walking.
It would also be a nice improvement if the hotel offered complimentary coffee in the lobby until checkout.
