Pros:

Everthing was clean. The rooms was nice and cozy. Staff was amazing. Breakfast was good. Will definitely stay here again.

Cons:

The window blinds dont block light coming from the side so that was a bit unfortunate but not a deal breaker. This has nothing to do with the hotel but we had a really noise neighbor that had the TV blasting till 1am. Other than that great place.

Our traditional vacation, we always stay here,
Pros:

We only come to this Hyatt anytime we are in the Santa Cruz area. Breakfast is great. Staff is friendly. I come to this location because the price is good & I feel safe here.

Cons:

Only thing would be $ cost for valet. But I do like the guys who do the valet parking.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist gut gelegen und hat grosse Zimmer.

Cons:

Leider mussten wir mehr als eine Stunde warten, bis das Zimmer bereit war, obwohl wir angegeben hatten, zu welcher Zeit wir ankommen würden.

Als wir das Zimmer endlich beziehen konnten, hatte das Bett Flecken. Immerhin bekamen wir ohne Umstände ein neues Zimmer.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war leider enttäuschend.

Pros:

The location of the hotel is great as we spent our weekend at the beach and the boardwalk which was about a 5min drive. The staff was friendly and helpful, and rooms are spacious and clean. Outdoor heating pool was perfect for my little niece and nephew to swim every night, pool was a little smaller than what I expected but nonetheless it was great!

Cons:

Breakfast can get a little crowded but its understanding as it was a holiday weekend.
