The location was fantastic.
We arrived at about 1pm as went to see a show at 2pm. If we wanted to check in early it would have cost us an extra £50! We left our bags there and checked in after the show.

Booked a king/double room and it was single beds pushed together, which was disappointing.
The location was convenient and was the only positive aspect of our stay.
But we would not choose to stay here again.
We were disappointed with our stay.
Firstly, the hotel charges £10 per bag for luggage storage after check-out, even when guests only need to leave their luggage for a few hours after the 11:00 am check-out time. For a four-star hotel, complimentary short-term luggage storage is normally expected, so this felt unreasonable and poor value.
Secondly, there was an unpleasant smell in the hotel, which affected the overall comfort of our stay.
Overall, the service and environment did not meet the standard we expected from a four-star property.
We would not choose to stay here again!
Das Zimmer war schnell erreichbar, normale Grösse (Londoner Zimmer sind klein, egal wieviele Sterne das Hotel hat), sehr sauber, ausgestattet mit Fernseher, Kühlschrank und Safe. Das Bett war weich und der Bezug weiss und sauber, wie er sein sollte, das Bad sah wie neu aus und sehr sauber, mit Duschkopf und Regen-Duschkopf, die Armaturen waren einfach zu bedienen. Die Angestellten waren freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist phänomenal, direkt an der Leicester Square. Ich konnte die Temperatur im Raum selber einstellen, was ich grossartig fand. Auch der Kühlschrank ist keine Selbstverständlichkeit, auch in einem 4-Sterne-Hotel und ich nutzte ihn dankbar.
Für den modernen Fernseher gab es keine Bedienungsanleitung. Altmodisch, wie ich bin, habe ich auf die 1 gedrückt und dann auf den Schalter, mit dem man die Sender rauf und runter schalten kann. Ich erreichte nur 5 Sender und die haben nicht funktioniert. Es dauerte zweieinhalb Tage, bis das Hotel mir halbwegs erklären konnte, wie der Fernseher funktioniert.
Das Zimmer hatte keine Fenster. Das war mir beim Buchen bekannt, aber es störte mich dann doch. Das möchte ich nicht mehr. Falls das Hotel Zimmer mit Fenster hat, werde ich wieder kommen, sonst nicht.
Ich merkte, dass die Receptionisten zwar sehr nett und höflich waren, aber untereinander nicht viel kommunizierten. Ich musste jedesmal neu mein Problem mit dem Fernseher schildern. Sie schienen auch teilweise neu und etwas hilflos, das war ersichtlich beim Fernseher aber auch beim Auschecken.
Das Zimmer hatte keinen Schrank, wo ich meine Kleider verräumen konnte, ich musste deshalb aus dem Koffer leben.
Ohne Fenster gab es natürlich keinen Strassenlärm. Dafür hörte ich jedesmal, wenn über mir jemand die Spülung betätigte.

Location
Cut room access 15 minutes to check out. When we finally got into our room, facility personnel showed up 5 minutes later letting us know that we had to check out. WTF
The location next to Leicester Square is very convenient to many attractions and restaurants, as well as the Tube. The staff was very welcoming.
The floor in the bathroom was squishy in multiple areas. It didn't feel safe. While the breakfast was good, we had to go to a different hotel around the corner. Different, but not a big deal. Only one elevator worked, which caused some wait times.
