Nous avons passé quelques jours très agréables dans cet hôtel et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Hôtel parfaitement bien situé. La chambre est simple mais propre et offre tout le nécessaire pour un séjour confortable. Bien que l'hôtel soit situé dans un quartier très animé, la chambre était parfaitement insonorisée, ce qui a permis de profiter d'un séjour calme et reposant. C'était la deuxième fois que nous séjournions dans cet hôtel, et nous y retournerons sans hésiter lors de notre prochain séjour à Londres. Nous le recommanderons également à nos amis qui visiteront la ville.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

The view of Leicester Square and big Ben from our window was fabulous. It was really clean and the tea and coffee facility was really well stocked. Comfortable bed and lovely shower.

Cons:

Walking round the corner to the sister hotel was a very minor inconvenience. Especially once you see from the rooftop restaurant at the hotel.

Great location hotel with comfortable rooms, we enjoyed our stay. Need to get both lifts working!
Pros:

Fantastic location. Friendly staff.

Cons:

The first room had intermittent AC failures, however the hotel moved us to a bigger and better room.
Only one functional lift meant long wait times for the lift.

Cons:

The hotel’s location was excellent and the staff were friendly. However, there were several issues with my room that affected my stay: The air conditioning did not work properly. Approximately every hour it would reset itself to 28°C, making the room uncomfortably warm. I reported the problem to the reception, but unfortunately it was not resolved during my stay. Also, although I had booked a standard room, I was assigned an accessible room designed for guests with disabilities. As a result, the mirror was positioned very low, making it inconvenient to use.

Cons:

Standarden på rommet er under en hver kritikk. Veldig lite rom til å være Superier, hvor det i bestillingen var omtalt til å være 18m2, men vi målte det til 15-16m2. Det aller værste var badet, se bilde. Veldig smal seng. Lite visste vi at frokosten var på et hotell i nabolaget..

Great stay. Would recommend
Pros:

Everything was in walking distance. Right in the center. Near the underground. The bed was really comfortable. The room was quiet even though it had direct view to the “busy” Leicester Square.

Cons:

The black out curtains were short and the light came in reflecting directly to eye level. Other than that everything was really accommodating.

Staff was lovely and helpful when we asked for things.
Cons:

Having to bother staff for ice daily. We didn’t seem to have any housekeeping despite staying for 6 days. We had to ask for towels every day
