Agréable mais pas nickel
Pros:

Le personnel très sympa, le petit déjeuner copieux et bon, la localisation (à 6 min à pieds de la gare) arrêt de bus très proche pour aller au centre-ville voir le château notamment.

Cons:

La propreté de la chambre; poussière sur le sol et autour du lit suppose. Il y avait des liquides séchés non identifiés sur les murs de la salle de bain. Le fond du WC était jaune marron. Ils ne font pas systématiquement la chambre le matin on l’a appris un peu tard qu’il faut demander…

Hôtel calme et fonctionnel.
Pros:

Hôtel très calme et fonctionnel, décoration sobre et propreté sans reproche. Idéalement placé, proximité gare Avon-Fontainebleau et accès centre-ville et forêt. Stationnement aisé sur le parking de l'hôtel.

Cons:

La borne de recharge électrique implantée sur le parking de l'hôtel (borne gérée par un opérateur tiers) était momentanément hors service et cela aurait mérité être signalé (j'aurais pu mieux vérifier aussi de mon côté), mais c'est un désagrément mineur sans conséquence.
