It was perfection.
Pros:

Everything about the hotel far exceeded our expectations. From the front desk staff to the beautiful rooftop bar, the extraordinary breakfasts, the top rate gym, immaculate & modern rooms, cleaning staff, laundry services and parking, it was the ultimate hotel experience. The extraordinary staff made all the difference. Huge shout out to Deena!!! We will be returning on every trip to Israel.

lovely stay and i will probably come again
Pros:

I liked being upgraded to a better room; it was a nice gesture, the service of the hotel staff and the breakfast were very good.

Cons:

One thing I liked less is the location of the AC over the bed and the desk; it was a strong AC that "catches" you, and it should be located differently, as in all other hotels.

Stay there!
Pros:

Great breakfast. Manager of hotel, Deena, actually came to our table to speak with us, asking how she could be of help. That’s never happened in any other hotel I have stayed in.

תמורה מאד שווה למחיר. יחס נפלא. מומלץ

וואו! איזה מלון! מהיחס בקבלה שהיה באמת יוצא דופן, שידרגו לנו את החדר, לא הוסיפו במחיר על אורחת נוספת, ועוד נתנו ארוחת
בוקר במתנה (שהיתה מצוינת!). באמת יחס מעל ומעבר- לא משהו שאנחנו רגילים לו בארץ. ממליצים בחום.

היינו ממש מבוסטים! תודה רבה על האירוח.

ארוחת הבוקר היתה מצויינת ואני ממליצה, צוות המלון מקסימים אדיבים עוזרים, תומכים, כל הכבוד. מיטת תינוק ואמבטיה לתינוק איכותיים ונקיים, מבלי שהיינו צריכים לבקש ממש שידרגו את כל החוויה ואפילו הציעו לעזור לנו עם אביזרים נוספים לתינוק במידה ונצטרך, באמת סופר אדיבות, ממש מעריכים ומודים. החדר והמלון היו נקיים ונעימים בכל זמן השהייה ברמה גבוהה. פקיד הלילה בקבלה ממש מקסים אנרגטי ואדיב.

שהחניה בחניון תהיה כלולה במחיר מראש, או שתהיה איזו הערה כשעושים את הבוקינג שהחניה לא כלולה במחיר של המלון שידעו מראש שצריך לשלם עליה 30 שקל ליום.
