Pros:

Friendly staff, lovely breakfast, lovely room, lovely gym

Cons:

Could be more centrally located in raanana, but very little accommodation options. But bus stop nearby, as well as easy to get taxis

Pros:

The staff (Lauren specifically) was just wonderful. She was helpful and responsive and her approach felt very welcoming.

Cons:

That the bar or restaurant are closed on the weekends.

It was perfection.
Pros:

Everything about the hotel far exceeded our expectations. From the front desk staff to the beautiful rooftop bar, the extraordinary breakfasts, the top rate gym, immaculate & modern rooms, cleaning staff, laundry services and parking, it was the ultimate hotel experience. The extraordinary staff made all the difference. Huge shout out to Deena!!! We will be returning on every trip to Israel.

lovely stay and i will probably come again
Pros:

I liked being upgraded to a better room; it was a nice gesture, the service of the hotel staff and the breakfast were very good.

Cons:

One thing I liked less is the location of the AC over the bed and the desk; it was a strong AC that "catches" you, and it should be located differently, as in all other hotels.
