We love everything!
The room was large , quiet and super comfy with good climate control too. The service in the bar at night was great and the hotel location was ideal.
Not much really , just a crazy price tag as my visit coincided with the Montreal Grad Prix weekend.
Facilities were clean and up to date. Experience was overall good but restaurant was incredibly busy - F1 weekend will do that. Good experience
Was denied an accommodation refund for a bed that I thought was reserved. Received a cot (twin) instead but for a fee. Not a huge inconvenience but didn't think I should've paid for it since booking was a standard room (two queen bed request)
Clean, huge room. Excellent food at the restaurant. We had pizza, wings and onion rings with 2 dips. Delicious...and dessert, ice cream sandwich and strawberry cheesecake.
The pool was great, salt water and on the 15th floor. Great view. Hot tub was amazing after long days walking and sightseeing. Friendly staff.
Kids in the pool running back and forth between the hot tub and pool. They were not old enough to be in the hot tub without a parent. Parent sat by the pool in the far corner on their phone, barely paying attention.

Very close to Bell Centre, easy to walk to Canadiens game. The staff was great, both the hotel staff and restaurant staff as well, our server Madeline was so nice and personable, great experience all around!
