Categories

Cleanliness
7.9
Mixed comments: several guests praised cleanliness and very clean rooms, but a few reports noted rooms not being cleaned during multi-night stays and one guest received a noticeably worn/unclean room.
Service
7.8
Generally good front-desk and helpful staff mentioned, but isolated negatives (breakfast staff described as unfriendly; housekeeping/sustainability policy requiring requests for towel changes frustrated some guests).
Location
8.6
Frequently praised as well located and close to the centre/transport; some said slightly further but still convenient (short walk or tram). Quiet despite proximity to rail in several reports.
Room Quality
8.4
Beds repeatedly described as very comfortable, rooms modern and quiet; a minority reported worn furnishings or a room near the elevator they had asked to avoid.
Amenities
8.1
Basic amenities noted (tea/coffee in room, free but limited parking); breakfast offered though choice described as small; overall adequate for a business-style property.
Value for Money
7.5
Mixed-to-negative: some guests felt price was high for what was offered and one review explicitly called price/value too expensive; others found the offering acceptable.
Food and Beverage
8.2
Breakfast described as tasty with a modest selection that was sufficient for guests; isolated complaints about unfriendly breakfast staff.
Overall Experience
8.3
Overall positive stay for most guests: comfortable beds, clean/modern feel and good location, tempered by occasional service or housekeeping issues and isolated incidents.

Pros:

Pros:

Cons:

Pros:

Zentral und Preis-Leistung stimmt

Cons:

Schönes hotel in guter Lage
Pros:

Trotz Lage direkt an den Bahngleisen überraschend ruhig. Schöne Zimmer, modern eingerichtet

Cons:

Uwe Kisker
