Categories

Cleanliness
8.5
Multiple reviews praise cleanliness and organized rooms/bathrooms (e.g., 'Limpeza', 'Td ver limpinho', 'clean room and bathroom'), indicating a generally high cleanliness level.
Service
7.8
Staff frequently described as friendly and helpful (good reception, helpful with taxis, shuttle staff polite), but there are recurring service issues around shuttle booking/communication which lowers the score slightly.
Location
9.2
Consistently noted as very convenient for GRU airport (10 minutes, next to airport, ideal for overnight/transit), making location a strong positive.
Room Quality
7
Beds and showers often praised (comfortable bed, good shower), but there are notable negatives including a reported bathroom flooding, sink overflow and aircraft noise affecting sleep.
Amenities
6.5
Amenities receive mixed/negative mentions: gym poorly maintained, shuttle service unreliable/overcrowded at times, convenience store not 24h and limited parking options.
Value for Money
6.2
Several guests feel the price is high for short stays (<24h) and that breakfast/transfer may not be included or clearly communicated, reducing perceived value.
Food and Beverage
8.6
Breakfast is frequently praised (good, varied, starts early which is valued by early flights), giving this category a strong positive rating.
Overall Experience
9.4
Overall sentiment leans positive for the hotel’s role as an airport stopover (clean, convenient location, good breakfast, friendly staff), though shuttle communication and some room/amenity issues temper the experience.

Pros:

Great for an overnight stop over
Pros:

Good breakfast, shuttle difficult to locate from Terminal 3 and when I found it the shuttle was full, same the following morning, Uber is easy and about $8 USD each way

Cons:

I think you should make it very clear to book the shuttle in advance, arriving long haul not speaking Portuguese and the stress of rushing to make a shuttle late in the evening to find its full was a little disappointing - but Uber was easy
