Cons:

Atendimento na recepção. Minha esposa deixou cair seu óculos, que estava em uma capa amarela bem destacada, na recepção. Imediatamente solicitamos ao hotel se alguém tinha achado e devolvido. Eles disseram que não. Pedi então para eles olhassem nas câmeras para ver que tinha pego por "engano" para que pudéssemos pedir a pessoa, que se tivesse encontrado, nos devolver. Eles negaram! Mto ruim isso! Não houve nenhum tipo de ação por parte das pessoas da recepção!

Boa porem teve problemas pois não tinha cama ou colchão suficiente para o que precisei

Falta de cama para minha filha pois coloquei um quarto para 3 pessoas, e no final só havia uma cama de casal sem a possibilidade de trocar ou colocar um colchao para ela.

Não vale o que cobra, hotel caro para o que oferece
Pros:

A localização é boa para quem irá até o aeroporto, o quarto é ok, cama confortável e quarto limpo. Café da manhã inicia às 03h30 e possui transfer para o aeroporto.

Cons:

O atendimento das pessoas do hotel é horrível, sem simpatia, não explicam nada, desde a revelação até as pessoas do café. As únicas pessoas educadas foram os motoristas do transfer. Para usar o transfer precisa agendar com antecedência, para não ficar sem lugar no horário que precisa sair, porém só fiquei sabendo disso ao chegar no hotel e as vagas já estavam esgotadas, então agendem com antecedência. So escolhi esse hotel devido ao transfer e horário do café, porque a diária dele era acima da média, no fim concluo que nao vale o custo benefício. Precisei de um talher emprestado e o pessoal do hotel foi bem sem educação.

Solução para viagens longas sem dormir e fuso horário bagunçado
Pros:

Roupa de cama impecavelmente limpa, quarto espaçoso, bom banheiro. Instalações atendem bem a necessidade. Funcionários simpáticos.

Cons:

O valor é muito alto considerando a categoria da hospedagem, mas quem precisa acaba pagando. O serviço de transfer existe, mas é muito limitado, possivelmente você terá de pegar Uber ou táxi para o aeroporto.

If you have other terminal, you have to take your own transportation: the airport is very big and crowded.
