Il proprietario è una persona davvero speciale, accogliente e sempre pronto a darci una mano. Posizione defilata a 10 minuti dal centro. Camera molto spaziosa e pulita, letto comodo. Colazione a scelta molto buona, la frutta eccezionale. Consigliato!

Sehr entspannte Unterkunft
Pros:

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Frühstück schmeckt und gibt es bis 11 Uhr. Zentrale Lage, aber trotzdem abseits der Hauptstraße. Restaurants und Cafés sind alle fußläufig. Klare Empfehlung. Wir haben hier verlängert.

Da ich sehr schlecht auf der harten Matratze schlafen konnte, bin ich froh wieder zu Hause zu sein

Nice stay at Kampot
Pros:

Good location, very nice staff all day long at the reception. Overall nice room and nice stay. They helped us book tours to Bokor mountain and the Keap which was great.

Cons:

It is a bit ran down, like you almost can’t spot the hotel name at the entrance, the deck near the pool is a bit broken and things like that.

Fijn verblijf in het centrum van Kampot!
Pros:

We hebben dit verblijf geboekt als last minute nadat we bij Retro Guesthouse verbleven en daar een zeer oncomfortabel verblijf hadden gehad (slecht bed, veel muggen en geen airconditioning). We werden enorm goed ontvangen en we hebben een fijne kamer gehad.

Cons:

Éen kraan van de twee kranen op de dubbele wastafel werkte helaas niet en zat los. Verder was het een toplocatie en ook een goed bed, airco en goede service.

Pros:

L’emplacement était bien et la chambre aussi, spacieuse.

Cons:

Le personnel n’était pas serviable. Lorsque nous sommes arrivés nous avons du monter seuls les valises sur deux étages sans ascenseur ni aide car seule une femme du staff était présente.
Le petit déjeuner est vraiment mauvais. Un effort pourrait être fait pour avoir quelque chose d’au moins convenable.
La piscine est sale, l’eau est trouble et verdâtre et plein de choses y flottent.

Confortable et très bon petit déjeuner.
Pros:

Literie confortable, grande salle de bain, chambre climatisée à l’arrivée. Accueil un peu froid à l’arrivée mais bien meilleur le lendemain.
Petit déjeuner délicieux avec du vrai bacon et du bon pain.

Cons:

La porte de la salle de bain ne restait pas ouverte et il faisait un peu chaud de ce fait…
Pas de café glacé le matin, dommage.
La piscine pourrait mieux être entretenue.

We stayed for 2 nights in mid July, it was still pretty hot, the aircons in this property need to be replaced completely, they are old and not working as they should.

We changed rooms, since the 1st room no. 110 had a Aircon barely was throwing any air out, it looked and functioned like any old Aircon would.

The breakfast is fairly basic, eggs to order or cereal, with mini baguettes reheated in a microwave, some fresh fruit, canned juice, tea/coffee.

There's a splash pool which we didn't use, adjacent to the breakfast/lunch/dinner area.

Location is good, close to the Durian Circle & the river front, you can walk from your bus drop off to the property.

Kosol, the manager needs a bit of coaxing to get things done, he means well, but you will be told wait for 1 hour or 2 hour if not working/happening whatever it may be then he will do the needful :)

Do not expect boiling hot water or great pressure, the rest all works fine, beds are comfy, slept well.


Everything works, like it should, no surprises good or bad, which takes away 99% of your worries when on a holiday, a safe place to come back to.
