L'emplacement, la proximité avec les commerces et la plage.
Le personnel très sympathique et serviable.

Cons:

L'odeur de la chambre en rentrant ( ça sentait le refermé)
La douche était trop petite, les portes s'ouvraient quand on se baissait.
Pas d'endroits ou poser ses vetements. À deux pendant 3 jours c'était vraiment impossible.
Mal isolé, on entendait beaucoup de bruits le matin.
Proximité de la fenêtre de notre chambre avec le local technique, si on ouvrait notre fenêtre, les femmes de chambres faisaient directement leurs pauses cigarettes à notre fenêtre.
Parking hors de prix, 20€ par jours.
Nous étions en couple et nous avons dormi dans deux lit une personne rapprochés.

Pros:

Nice staff was very accommodating. Property reasonable close to the beach.

Cons:

Very small beds, not really suitable for 2 adults. Rooms were cleaned only superficially. Parking is not on site and costs extra. Busy street. Lot of street noise, at night as well.

Prijs-kwaliteit is ok!
Pros:

In de kamer was de vloer plakkerig. Niet of slecht gedweild, denk ik. Had gevraagd voor een rustige kamer, maar is wat tegengevallen wegens de kermis met schreeuwerige muziek tot heel laat in de avond. Dus best een andere periode kiezen. Het ontbijt is een gewoon standaard continentaal ontbijt. Prijs-kwaliteit is ok. Voor 20 euro extra heb je een private parking voor 24 uur. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

L’emplacement, le parking est un vrai plus.

Cons:

Le rapport qualité prix laisse à désirer… La chambre était vétuste, certains équipements archaïques (baignoire, fenêtre) ne sont pas dignes d’un 3 étoiles.

Le matelas était plus grand que le sommier et je n'ai jamais eu la confirmation de ma réservation par mail.
