Please note that Zermatt is a car-free village. You can park your car in Täsch (indoor parking) and continue to Zermatt by train or taxi. The way from the train station to the hotel, may include steep passages, with heavy suitcases we suggest you to take a taxi (we do not offer pickup service). On foot, please ask the hotel for the easiest directions.

If you are traveling with children, please inform the hotel in advance about their number and age.

The spa area, including the whirlpool is only for adults (older than 14 years).

Please note that construction work is going on nearby between 7am and 7pm and some rooms may be affected by noise.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Familiäres, schönes Hotel, welches wir gerne wieder besuchen.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt mit sehr sympathischen Gastgeberinnen

Reichhaltiges Frühstück, schöne Zimmer, tolle Idee auf Zimmerservice zu verzichten, um dafür ein Getränk zu erhalten. Tolles und modernes SPA

SPA Zeiten ab 16.30 bis 19.30 sind aus unserer Sicht zu kurz.

良いホテルです。
Pros:

初めてのスイス旅行で利用しました。
利用したシングルルームからは、マッターホルンは見えませんでしたが、窓からゴルナグラートが鉄道がみえて、気分が上がりました。部屋は綺麗で、設備にも不満ありません。
電車の駅からは少し歩かなければ行けないので、大きなスーツケースがあると大変かもしれません。ただ、事前にホテルから、駅からのルートなどについて丁寧やメッセージがもらえたので、とても助かりました。
朝ごはんにも満足しています。
あの場所にしては、料金もリーズナブルだと感じました。
またツェルマットに来る時は利用したいです。

Huone ja sänky olivat erinomaiset, parveke oli mukava plussa. Mukavat vastaanottovirkailijat, hyvä aamiainen.

Cons:

Kylpyhuone muuten ok, mutta ammeen takia suihku on epäkäytännöllinen. Kynnyksen puute aiheuttaa turhan vesivahinko riskin.

La gentillesse du personnel, le cachet du bâtiment, la rénovation des chambres, la literie, le spa et le petit déjeuner. La vue sur le Cervin. L’emplacement à l’écart du centre (très animé) et le calme.

Phantastisches Hotel und unglaubliche Lage.
Pros:

Phantastische Lage. Ich konnten den Matterhorn von unserem Fenster sehen. Wir hatten eine grosse Terrasse. Die Lage ist perfekt. Ein paar Minuten zu Fuss von der Seilbahnstation entfernt und vom
Bahnhof. Top Service und das Frühstück war sehr sehr gut. Es hat für jede was dabei. Empfehlenswert. Wir kommen wieder.
