Please note that Zermatt is a car-free village. You can park your car in Täsch (indoor parking) and continue to Zermatt by train or taxi. The way from the train station to the hotel, may include steep passages, with heavy suitcases we suggest you to take a taxi (we do not offer pickup service). On foot, please ask the hotel for the easiest directions.

If you are traveling with children, please inform the hotel in advance about their number and age.

The spa area, including the whirlpool is only for adults (older than 14 years).

Please note that construction work is going on nearby between 7am and 7pm and some rooms may be affected by noise.

Mukava hotelli hyvällä paikalla
Pros:

Hyvä sijainti, parveke. Erittäin palvelualtis henkilökunta, lainasivat jopa vaellussauvat. Lähtöpäivänä mahdollisuus suihkuun ja vaatteiden vaihtoon.

Cons:

Ehkä vähän vihanneksia aamaisella olisi kiva lisä.

Das Zimmer und die Lage waren sehr gut. Freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Das Frühstück. Leider etwas lieblos. Keine Gurken oder Tomaten, was mir wichtig gewesen wäre und auch immer für Frische sorgt. Das Buffet sieht am nächsten Tag aus, als hätte man die Platte vom Vortag einfach wieder hingestellt. Bei der Kaffeemaschine gibt es keinen Stopknopf - wenn man z.B. nur etwas heisse Milch haben möchte, geht das nicht.

Great service, perfect location, comfortable room, and an excellent breakfast! Plus, you can rent items like backpacks and ski sticks for free. The new wellness area is well-maintained and offers the perfect spot to relax after a long hike

Nice hotel if you have a couple of children or are very short. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was well present
Pros:

Close to the centre with a nice spa

Cons:

The two beds in the loft space was not practical as you were forever bumping your head and you had to remember to stoop.

Accueil chaleureux dans ce petit complexe familial !! Petit déjeuner très complet et délicieux ! Proche de tout ! Spa impeccable !!

Cons:

Le lit n'était pas très confortable pour 2 ( une planche entre les deux matelas)
