Please note that Zermatt is a car-free village. You can park your car in Täsch (indoor parking) and continue to Zermatt by train or taxi. The way from the train station to the hotel, may include steep passages, with heavy suitcases we suggest you to take a taxi (we do not offer pickup service). On foot, please ask the hotel for the easiest directions.

If you are traveling with children, please inform the hotel in advance about their number and age.

The spa area, including the whirlpool is only for adults (older than 14 years).

Please note that construction work is going on nearby between 7am and 7pm and some rooms may be affected by noise.
A deposit may be required at the property.

マッターホルンビューが最高！
Pros:

ホテルが可愛かった。設備も(駅から少し歩くが、その分)部屋からのマッターホルンビューも綺麗だった。

Cons:

ヨーロッパのホテルあるあるで、1本3役(ボディーソープ、シャンプー、リンス)でした。

Capricorn was very relaxing and delicious! The location provides great views and a nice breeze.
Pros:

We loved the spa and updated rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very accommodating. The location also provided a great view and relaxing atmosphere.

Cons:

We found it to get hot so leaving the windows opened helped but maybe having a fan. Also I suggest having lotion as a toiletry available in the bathroom!

Schoenes modernes Hotel mit lokalem Charm. Hat alles was man braucht und mehr.
Pros:

Lage ist gut und einfach zu finden. 10 min vom Bahnhof. Fruehstueck war ein sehr gutes Buffet, mit einer grossen auswahl von Kaesen, Brot, Muesli, verschiedene Saefte, Kaffe war hervorragend. Einfach sehr gut.

Tout était parfait, personnel très sympathique plein de petites attentions le petit déjeuner était très bien. Très bonne situation à 10 min du centre et petit spa très chouette

心地よい滞在になりました！
Pros:

部屋に必要なものが揃っており、広くて快適でした。遅い時間のチェックインになってしまいましたが快く対応してくださりありがたかったです。
またマッターホルンが見える部屋を選んだのですが、バルコニーから綺麗に見えました。朝起きてすぐ見る事ができて嬉しかったです。朝食もおいしかったです。

Cons:

中心部からは少し距離があります。駅前の通りを経由して日本人橋の方から遠回りすればそんなに感じませんが、最短距離で行こうとすると急な坂があります。
加えて、部屋の明かりが人感センサーになっているのですが、部屋の中心にいないと、すぐ明かりが消えてしまって落ち付かなかったです。
