Cons:

Nice place but I didn't have to call for cleaning
Cons:

Cleanliness could have been better. Room was not cleaned for days. I had to call multiple times just to get sheets changed

Pros:

We had a great stay! The location was perfect for the event we attended, and the staff was friendly and welcoming. They were especially accommodating when we extended our stay through Booking.com, allowing us to keep the same room. We would happily stay here again!

Cons:

A complimentary pitcher of ice water with lemon in the dining area would be a wonderful addition, especially during the hot summer months. Also, the coffee and hot tea in the dining area were often cold and tasted stale.

Love the staff.and clean place to stay and professional
Pros:

We had a great stay at Hampton Inn Dallas. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. Breakfast had a good variety, and the location was convenient for getting around the area. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

A mixed bag
Pros:

The good: Gym was well maintained and in good working condition. Staff was friendly and polite. The breakfast was solid, and the eating area was convenient for all of the work group to gather throughout the day.

The bad: The bed and pillow were not good. Mattress was crazy firm, pillows were weirdly small. I slept about 3 hours total in 3 nights. The water in the shower had a tough time varying. It felt like it was always way too hot or way too cold.

Staff were very friendly and helpful

Cons:

Then whole building just seemed sticky. It was very humid outside but it seemed to follow inside regardless of A/C. Just felt like a much older building that what it was.
