We had such an incredible experience staying at this hotel in Huntington Beach truly one of the best stays my family and I have ever had. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and taken care of in a way that went far beyond our expectations.
A huge thank you to Ashley and Richard, who made our stay unforgettable. Ashley was so sweet, warm, and attentive she made sure we had everything we needed and always greeted us with a genuine smile. Richard truly went above and beyond for our family. His level of care, professionalism, and willingness to help with anything we needed did not go unnoticed. He made us feel valued and cared for every step of the way.
It’s rare to come across a team that delivers this level of service, and it made all the difference in our trip. Because of them, we’ll absolutely be returning and recommending this hotel to friends and family.

Was not aware of daily parking charge. My Amex was charged $570, but the statement emailed to me states $550.56 total for stay.

Exceptional service from exceptional staff
Amazing stay, great customer service from the front desk. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Richard helped with the area and restaurant recommendations. Will definitely be back!
It was clean & facilities were great. It was a nice set up. I liked the high ceilings.
The location was too noisy.
I blew into LA impromptu on a Saturday night not expecting to have any issue finding a room at the fabulous Marriott Hotel chain, but the one I picked (Springhill Suites; closest to my venue) was all booked.
I sat in the lobby trying to figure out my next move, when The Gilbert (who claims to be “just a Bellman”) asked if there was anything he could do for me tonight.
He didn’t know the Pandora’s Box that he opened but he most gracefully and kindly helped me navigate setting up my Bonvoy account (I hadn’t fully set it up - oops), made sure I wrote down and took screenshots of all pertinent information that I might need. He helped me book at another nearby Marriott and ensured I had all the information I needed to navigate my way there. (I say navigate because I’m from Sacramento and we have 3 freeways… I’m sure that paints the picture).
Then he also reassured me that I was perfectly capable of getting to my destination hotel (he was right) and that everything was going to be okay (he was right on that count as well).
All this to say, I’ve never been disappointed by any of the staff at a Marriott; they are wonderful human beings helping guests have an outstanding experience. From the Managers to the kitchen staff and custodial and maintenance crews and to anyone who works there, I’ve seen nothing but smiling, happy Team Members, with wonderful spirits helping everyone, guest or not.
This is the kind of establishment that should be held up as a model for other businesses. I’m so impressed with them; I’ll never stay at another hotel chain unless I must.

Great location, near shopping, markets and In &out. Staff was absolutely wonderful and very professional - Ashley, Amanda and Richard were warm and welcoming from the moment we walk through the door. Greeted by name every time we arrive and left. Hotel was very clean. Would definitely stay here again.
