When we read the reviews, we were actually a little concerned, but after staying here, we realized that all our worries were unnecessary. Staying at this hotel is truly a wonderful experience. All the staff are doing their very best with great dedication to make guests feel comfortable. We are very happy to be here and would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. 😊

Персонал,не умеют общаться с клиентами от слова совсем. Всё включено-только название, еда очень не вкусная,колбаса просроченная,когда сказали об этом на ресепшене, то нам вернули деньги и выгнали из отеля,в прямом смысле.я такого ужасного отношения к русским в турции ещё не встречала никогда. Я сказала, что напишу отзыв,они только посмеялись и сказали пишите сколько угодно. В номере грязные полотенца.семейный двухкомнатный номер-кондиционер только в одной комнате. И вообще они заявили,что у них отель не 5 звезд поэтому на что мы рассчитывали?ну наверное не на испорченную еду так это точно.

We’ll start with the staff, who were extremely rude and unprofessional!
On the first night, we checked in with a booking for three rooms, one of which was supposed to check out one day earlier. The moment we arrived, they offered us two suite rooms instead of the three rooms we had originally booked. When we wanted to extend the stay for the person who had the third room, they demanded extra money.
We went to check the rooms and immediately noticed that one of the rooms had only one AC unit, while the other room in the suite was unbearably hot, with no AC and no fan whatsoever. We went back to the reception and explained that we wanted the three rooms we had originally booked. We also paid the additional fee for the extra night. Instead of helping us, the staff became angry and extremely rude.
They even started giving us dirty looks and screaming at my parents because they took two glasses to drink water at 11 PM at night! Is this really how guests are supposed to be treated?
And the food is a completely different story.
When someone pays for an all-inclusive hotel, they expect there to actually be decent food available. Instead, we were served old fries that tasted like they had been sitting there for days, cold pasta presented as one of the “hot” food options, and rotten fruit. The dining area was unbearably hot as well. There was apparently only one AC unit, and staff were standing directly in front of it, preventing guests from getting any air. They would also turn off the AC and tell guests to leave as soon as the meal was coming to an end.
We were not even allowed to store our own water bottles in the room fridge because we had not purchased the water from the hotel. Seriously?
The towels were not changed, and our rooms were not properly cleaned for days.
Another ridiculous situation happened when my husband was out and I needed an extra key for about 20 minutes so I could change in the room. They refused to give me an additional key.
I genuinely do not know how this hotel can advertise itself as an “all-inclusive” hotel, because almost nothing about our experience was inclusive, acceptable, or even close to the standard we expected. We stayed for 5 days, and from the moment we arrived until the moment we left, it was one disappointment after another. The room was dirty, including the bedsheets, towels, and floor, and there was water constantly dripping from the toilet. Nobody bothered to clean or properly address it. We booked a room for two people but were not even provided with an extra key. There was also no balcony, despite the room description/expectations suggesting facilities such as clothes hangers, which we did not even have. During our entire 5-day stay, the only “cleaning” we experienced was having our towels changed, and even the replacement towels had BLACK dirt/stains on them. This is completely unacceptable for any hotel, let alone a hotel advertising itself as all-inclusive. The food was another disaster. There were only around 3–4 options, with virtually no variety, and the food was cold, tasteless, and looked extremely unappetizing. The vegetables appeared old and as though they had been sitting there for days, and the food often had a very unpleasant fishy smell. On top of that, the restaurant was unbearably hot. There was apparently only one air conditioner available, and staff would turn it off while guests were eating and tell people to leave. Imagine paying for an all-inclusive stay and then being unable to comfortably sit and eat the food you have already paid for. The “all-inclusive” concept was honestly misleading. We were charged separately for water and for the private beach, and after meal times, even water was not available unless we purchased it from inside the hotel. We were also not allowed to bring our own drinks or water inside and were forced to purchase everything from the hotel or beach bar.
Заселили в большой номер без доплаты, есть бассейн. Убирались каждый день. В номере было достаточно тихо.
Еда была плохой, выставляли откровенно тухлые салаты. Постельное белье и полотенца старые, серого цвета, было неприятно пользоваться. Номер с видом на стройку, за номер с видом на море просили доплатить 150 евро. Телевизор не работал. Не смотря на то, что убирались каждый день в номере,по ощущениям чище не становилось, окна в номере были грязные, старые жёлтые занавески придавали унылый вид. Пляж рядом, но плохой , вода грязная, поэтому приходилось ездить на Клеопатру на автобусе, где до 10 минут, или идти пешком, то 40-50 минут. Попросили на ресепшене оставить чемоданы, до вечера, так как вылет был вечерний, администратор сделал такой вид, как будто нам сделал одолжение, раньше в других отелях с этим не было никаких проблем.
