Pros:

Very beautiful hotel, extremely gorgeous surroundings. Nice rooms, nice staff, breakfast was okay but I would have preferred more varieties.

Pros:

A quirky, relaxing hotel with a lovely colonial feel. The staff were very attentive and helpful. Nuwara Eliya is very spread out compared to other towns in Sri Lanka. It’s not close to the centre of town, but worth staying here - especially if you have a driver. (The hotel has accommodation for drivers). We loved the little bar and the attentive staff.

Had a good stay but could have been a bit more comfortable.
Pros:

The location & the well manicured garden which was blooming with exotic flowers.

Cons:

There was no lift & we had to climb 2 floors to go to our room- there was no fan nor AC- first night we cld not sleep because it was hot & stuffy. I was lucky to get a standing fan for nxt day. There was no view from our room.

The overall cleanliness, greenery, breakfast also. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Game room having table tennis, billiard, carro, etc. Very calm property.

Cons:

The room's interior can be improved / enhanced. They have a jacuzzi but is not operational. They have enough space in the property to at least construct one swimming pool.

Pros:

Breakfast spread was very nice. Cottages were magical. Excellent ambience for a perfect holiday! It is one of the best places to stay in Nuwara Eliya. Very photogenic property. Very nice especially if travelling with kids

Amazing Experience with Kind Staff and Beautiful Surroundings
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed the overall experience. The garden is especially beautiful & very well maintained and absolutely gorgeous, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options and is definitely worth the money. Everything was fresh and well prepared, making it a great start to the day.
The rooms are very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made our stay even more pleasant.
What stood out the most was the staff. They are extremely friendly and always ready to help. A special mention goes to the reception team and the General Manager, who were very kind, professional, and supportive throughout our stay.
Overall, this hotel offers great value for money and is located in a nice, clean, and convenient area. Highly recommended
