I had the worst experience this time, but it was good before

Their ambience, amenities, location

Cons:

Staff behaviour is very rude, over priced, early check in charge that was not informed before, AC was not working properly.

Definitely worth the money we paid for.
Pros:

The location was great, we were able to get around very easily. We had our room cleaned on a daily basis with fresh towels and toiletries provided. Staff were very friendly.

We enjoyed some pleasant times with family and friends by having dinner in the Turkish restaurant and enjoyed most evenings relaxing on the rooftop near the pool. They even have an onsite cafe.

Cons:

The only negative thing was the same breakfast buffet which was provided every morning. We stayed there for 11 nights, we intentionally missed breakfast, as we knew it would be the same thing. Very little non desi was catered

Top care and hospitality.
Pros:

The hospitality is always perfect. Very professional and friendly. Made felt very welcome and relaxed knowing that they were looking after my family with great care.

Cons:

The mattress is very uncomfortable. If only they were of better quality it would have been an 10/10 experience.
There was work being carried out (new tiling in the other rooms) which I respect needs to be carried out but unfortunately it ment it was very loud and dusty for us.

3 Star hotel at best
Pros:

This hotel has a really good gym better than 5* hotels in the country.

Cons:

The rooms were small.
Breakfast options were very limited.
Shower was falling apart.
My wife got locked in bathroom.

Amazing facillities, beautiful pool, helpful staff
Pros:

The staff are so friendly, consumate professional and always helpful. The house keeping team, restaurant/kitchen/cafe staff all helpful. Great facilities and great management. All the staff work so hard, and friendly.

Amazing scenery from pool view. Beautiful green courtyard and live cooking for grills and nan. The restaurant menu is extensive, covering Turkey, Bengali, Thai, Turkish and English food.

Cons:

The bathroom finishing could improve and the cleanliness practices just need to improve however housekeeping always theyre to help you.
