Great location and fantastic value.
Pros:

Great location if you are going into Manchester. We were going to the Lowry so used the met all the way, with a stop off in the city centre for food.
Welcoming hosts, clean room, with an iron provided. Great shower. And a fan was in the room. Nice touch.

Cons:

It couldn't be helped, but we had to have the window open in the heatwave, and Middleton Road is busy. We still slept well though as the bed was really comfortable

Highly recommended and would certainly be staying again
Pros:

Quiet, comfortable, very clean, large room and very good value for money. Car park front and back so can keep an eye on your vehicle whichever room you're in.

There was nothing I didn't like, I've tried to think of something but there really isnt isnt
