What I liked:
The free parking was a great benefit and made the stay much more convenient. I was also delighted that the TV had access to YouTube — a really nice touch and definitely appreciated. Well done for providing this feature, as it made the room feel a little more modern and enjoyable.
The rooms were very basic and felt quite dated. The mattress was particularly uncomfortable and made a noticeable noise with even the slightest movement, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, the bed and mattress felt quite cheap and not to the standard I would expect from a hotel.
The bathroom also needs modernising, especially the bath, which looked tired and could benefit from an upgrade. Overall, the room and bathroom would benefit from some investment and refurbishment.
It was absolutely spotless, from walking in the doors at reception. The room was absolutely stunning, we only came for one night to see Lewis capaldi and I'd definitely be back to this hotel if I did ever go back to Manchester
The area was not good, not a shop near by there is a tesco 20 minutes down the road but be prepared to get lost if you are visiting Manchester
The staff was so lovely, the room was large and the bed was comfortable.
The room wasn't made up at all after our first night.
Very good
Nothing
Nice clean hotel
Nothing
Bed is comfortable.
Bathroom is of good quality, however no normal shower gel provided, just a tiny soap.
Hotel has thin walls, you can hear everything and the customers are a lot of drinking and drugs people. The room is too hot and the fan doesn't do much to help. Also reception is not welcoming at all, you just get a key to room and no explanation of anything, would advise a bit more friendlier behaviour, also for the owner trying to upsell breakfast, as was not mentioned once.
The staff were very helpful and made our stay stress free.
Nothing.
Great price. Big room with a bath. Very clean. Welcoming staff.
Nothing
Large bathroom, comfortable beds with the possibility of having single beds, kind staff, services such as iron and hairdryer available
Location
The shower was good and the room basically but smaller than we expected.
