Pros:

É a terceira vez que me hospedo nesse hotel com a minha família. E é sempre a nossa escolha no Porto. Da atenção do staff a qualidade do café da manhã e limpeza dos quartos, sempre tudo muito agradável.

Excellent accommodation. 100% recommend. Loads of nice shops/bars and coffee shops nearby.
Pros:

The best value for money ever. The hotel was spotless and the breakfast was lovely. There’s nothing I could find fault with and the staff were lovely and friendly and helpful.

Excelente hotel
Pros:

Quarto super limpo, espaçoso e confortável. Hotel bem localizado, perto de várias lojas, restaurantes, supermercados e farmácias. Café da manhã bem servido e delicioso. Um elogio a parte para os funcionários que nos receberem muito bem.

Obs: para quem for de carro reservar a vaga antes, pois tem poucas.

Pros:

Hotel bem localizado, próximo a todas as principais atrações turísticas. Quarto grande e limpo. Roupas de cama e toalhas limpas. Staff simpático. Café da manhã gostoso, com variedade de opções. Recomendo!

Personnel serviable, tres bon emplacement et excellent pdj

Cons:

Chambre un peu petite, celle qui nous a été proposé était au 1 er etage. Assez bruyant la nuit quand on ouvre la fenetre pour aerer.

Small rooms , but worked out ok for a short break
Pros:

The Hotel is well located for local bars and restaurants , but it is a little walk from the River and main sights , the underground car park was a real bonus. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Our room and bathroom were tiny , with no balcony (which our travel companions got with their room) . That said , it was a comfortable bed. The breakfast was not great - and the orange juice was so watered down it was undrinkable.
