Disappointing for the Value of Money.
Pros:

Room in general / breakfast

Cons:

Very unmaintained Equipment in room. AC was making a load noise & was not able to sleep for a complete night which 1 paid for 350$.

Staff is very un-helpful & not customer oriented.

Also 1 employee on reception for the complete fully utilized hotel that you have to queue for a question at the front desk.
