تجربتي الثالثة للفندق لم تكن كما توقعت أبدا،ليس هذا هو مستوى الخدمة الذي توقعته والذي اعتدت عليه كانت هناك الكثير من المنغصات التي أرسلتها للبريد الالكتروني للفندق والذي قدم اعتذاره ووعد بالتحسين ..الإيجابيات الموقع قريب من المولات والأسواق موظفو الاستقبال ممتازين شكر خاص للسيد جورج على حفاوة الاستقبال والترقية للجناح التتفيذي .

خدمة العملاء الهاتفية داخلية وخارجية (حجوزات،خدمة الغرف) عادة مايتم تجاهل الاتصالات بخصوص الحجوزات الامر تكرر معي مرتين على التوالي يتم الرد بعد فترة طويله ويقوم الموظف بالوعد بالتواصل خلال ساعة ولا يتم الاتصال نهائيا.
داخليا:لا يتم الرد الا بعد اتصالات عديدة مطولة ومتكررة.
