Pros:

I had such a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency, and I wanted to take a moment to thank some of the amazing people who made it extra special.

A huge thank you to Gemmalyn, Cherry, Joseph, Jerilyn, Yahya, and Al Anoud. Every time I visited, they welcomed me with genuine smiles and made me feel right at home. Their kindness, attention to detail, and warm personalities truly made my days better.

I’d also like to extend my gratitude to Hasna for helping fix my booking issue so quickly and smoothly. She was incredibly helpful and made what could have been a stressful situation completely effortless.

A special thank you as well to Turki and Abdulrahman from the reception and management team. From the moment I arrived, they were professional, approachable, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Their care and dedication did not go unnoticed.

Pros:

Trèz calme et reposant. Personnel très chaleureux qui m'ont surclassé très généreusement dans une executive suite. De plus, ils m'ont offert le Regency Club, de très beaux gestes. Je les remercie infiniment. Personnel très discret mais toujours à l'écoute et attentionné. Superbe petit-déjeuner, très complet.

Cons:

J'ai tout adoré mise à part le wifi qui ne fonctionnait pas super bien de temps en temps mais ce n'est qu'un détail au vu des superbes infrastructures que l'hôtel propose.
