The hotel itself is beautiful, and the facilities look exactly like the photos advertised online. The staff was friendly, professional, and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

Unfortunately, I can only give this property one star because of a serious issue with the water. The water throughout the hotel had a strong sulfur-like smell, similar to rotten eggs. The odor was present everywhere—showers, sinks, and toilets. It was so unpleasant that we had to buy bottled water just to brush our teeth, wash our faces, and clean sensitive areas.

It is embarrassing to have to write this publicly, but this was our actual experience. Knowing that the same water is used to wash the sheets and towels made the stay extremely uncomfortable.

When you go on vacation, you expect to spend time exploring and enjoying the destination, but you also expect to return to your hotel, relax, and take a decent shower. At this hotel, that was simply impossible. Showering felt like bathing in spoiled water because of the overwhelming odor.

I don't know whether this is a problem with this specific property, the plumbing system, or the local water supply, but it significantly affected our stay. Thankfully, we were only there for a weekend. Not being able to comfortably shower during a hotel stay made this one of the worst lodging experiences I've had.

It's unfortunate because the property itself is beautiful and the service was excellent, but the water issue completely overshadowed everything else.

Hotel ideal para familias en Guadalajara

La calidez tanto de la habitación como decoración del hotel. Personal atento y servicial. Es cierto que el agua de la habitación (ducha, lavamanos, WC) olía mal pero es un problema generalizado de Guadalajara. Llegamos a este hotel después de abandonar otro por el mal olor de la habitación y que literalmente en ese otro hotel el agua salía verde, en este parece ser que tratan el agua con cloro (según nos explicó el conserje) y el problema no es tan grave, te puedes duchar con normalidad.
