Pros:

El lugar es muy cómodo y ameno

Cons:

Poner atención en recibir clientes muy jóvenes (grupos juveniles) una de mis noches fue fatal por escandalo de las habitaciones vecinas. Esto claramente fue algo ocasionado por clientes y no por el hotel.
Pero sugeriría rondines de seguridad por pasillos para evitar esos detalles. Pero el hotel excelente en general

Awesome staff and location!
Pros:

Great location. Staff was super friendly and attentive. The hotel offered tours and transportation, everything was great! Also enjoyed the gym and food

La mejor experiencia, una estancia con gran nivel, recomendable y muy placentera
Pros:

Se encuentra a solo unas calles de la plaza principal y el restaurante típico "La Chata" , en una zona tranquila y te ofrece mucho para caminar y conocer, tomamos los viajes a Tequila y a Chapala comprándolos en el hotel y fue genial, super recomendable, es muy bonito y ofrece muchos escenarios al interior para tomarte mil fotos diferentes.

Cons:

En realidad, todo fue excelente, nada faltó, visitamos varias veces el restaurante (con servicio 24 horas), el bar con terraza y son excelentes, el personal siempre atento y muy servicial, todo de primer nivel
