Lo como de la habitación
Y la atención de las canteras y limpieza habitacione

Cons:

Lo que menos me gustó del hotel fue la ubicación, ya que por las noches la zona se siente un poco sola al estar en el centro.
Sin embargo, el mayor inconveniente fue la falta de agua en buenas condiciones. Durante mi estancia hubo problemas con el suministro y el agua tenía mal olor. Entiendo que pueden surgir imprevistos, pero si el hotel estaba atravesando esa situación, considero que no deberían haber aceptado nuevas reservas hasta resolver el problema. Esto afectó significativamente la experiencia y hace que uno no quede satisfecho con el servicio.

Pros:

El hotel nos encantó, todo reformado y muy cómodo de ahí mi puntuación.

Cons:

Lamentablemente, como el resto de comentarios, el olor que sale de las cañerías es muy fuerte. No sé si será por culpa del hotel o del agua, pero si creo que necesitan hacer algo rápido porque cuando uno se ducha el olor es muy fuerte.

Pros:

El personal era muy amable

Cons:

Los olores de baños y duchas eran asquerosos. Muchos viajeros comentan lo mismo y es real. Las toallas y sábanas rotas y en mal estado. La señal de TV desastrosa. 3 canales nada más. No se puede caminar de noche por el peligro de la zona.

Great but deceiving
Pros:

Location was great.

Cons:

The water stopped working and I called the front desk. They said it was only affecting my room and they’d send someone to check on it. They never did. Eventually, the water started working again. As I was checking in, a guest was complaining of smelly water. They lied to their face just to get him to go away. I see what they do now.

Un descanso confortable
Pros:

El hotel está muy bien ubicado y su decoración es muy buena, las instalaciones me parecen muy agradables y le dan buen mantenimiento. Es agradable que te reciba personal muy amable que se preocupa porque tú estancia sea cómoda y que te den un plus con sus recomendaciones.

Cons:

Las habitaciones estaban muy limpias y se ve que le ponen empeño, lo único que pediría para mejorar es el olor a drenaje que en pocas ocasiones me tocó durante mi estancia.

Pros:

La gente es amable

Cons:

El olor de los baños y duchas. Huele pésimo todo el día. No tiene suiches para conectar varios dispositivos en simultáneo y unos ni funcionaban. Las toallas en muy mal estado, incluso rotas. La ubicación no es agradable para caminar, incluso de noche recomiendan no salir por el peligro.

Pros:

El hotel es muy bonito y está muy bien cuidado. Las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas, cuentan con cortinas black out que permiten descansar muy bien, y la cama es súper cómoda. En general, fue una estancia muy agradable y sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí.

Cons:

No tengo comentarios negativos. Mi estancia fue muy buena y todo cumplió con mis expectativas.
