The stay
Pros:

Good breakfast layout with helpful staff.

Cons:

The room did have a chair. The TV was not working. The staff should have checked before giving us the room.

Very clean hotel with very helpful staff.
Pros:

Very clean hotel with very attentive staff. The rooms are small, like 90 sft, but it has everything one needs. The bathrooms are spacious and have all facilities. We were going from Manali to Hyderabad and wanted an inexpensive place to spend the night, and this was perfect. The restaurant is also very good with a good breakfast and well-made food.

Cons:

I would like to share my disappointment regarding the ₹1,000 late checkout charge that was applied during my stay.
I checked out at around 2:00 PM instead of the standard 12:00 PM because I returned late from an important interview. This extension was never planned. I had left the hotel at approximately 9:00 AM and only returned at around 1:30 PM to collect my belongings before checking out. Therefore, I hardly used the room beyond the normal checkout time.
Additionally, I checked in at around 7:00 PM on the previous day, despite the standard check-in time being 2:00 PM. While I did not expect compensation for the delayed check-in, I was surprised that no similar flexibility was extended for a two-hour delay in checkout.
Considering these circumstances, I kindly request that the ₹1,000 late checkout charge be reviewed and refunded as a gesture of goodwill. I hope you will consider my request positively, as I otherwise had a pleasant stay.

Nice clean superb rooms
Pros:

Good Professional staff, nice clean posh rooms but small but very nice facilities so loved the stay ,buffet breakfast superb.

Cons:

Nothing all good, although they forgot to pack my breakfast but I was in hurry so no issues at all.
