Très bel hôtel, chambre spacieuse élégante et fonctionnelle.
Petit déjeuner fourni et savoureux
piscine en rooftop très agréable

Hotel was OK. Seemed to be overpriced.
Pros:

Room was clean, staff was polite, attentive and very accommodating.

Cons:

There was no view at all. Window was obstructed by the semi-solid brick wall (actual design of the hotel). Bathroom sink was outside the bathroom. Very limited storage/hanging space for the belongings. Leaky shower.

Horrible experience
Pros:

I didn’t like anything

Cons:

Poor and rude and unprofessional staff ,noisy hotel next to the club and has sound till 6 morning
Washroom had liking, ac had sound
I booked for 3 night and after first night I changed my hotel
They didn’t mention deposit in booking but they charged me and when I told the agent in booking they told me i had not to pay , horrible experience

Agréable dans l’ ensemble pour la parti découverte de la ville

Le personnel pour le reste sa reste du basic

Cons:

Le personnel était top
Les toilette commune était sales dommage pour ce type d hôtel.

Nous avions était surclasser par booking et a notre arrivée il nous on mis dans une deluxe au lieu d une exécutive. Dommage que booking ne tienne pas ces engagement .
J avais demander une entité attention dans la chambre et rien n a était fait .
Je ne retournerai pas dans cette hôtel à ma prochaine juste a KL
