Pros:

Het personeel was echt ontzettend vriendelijk. Daarnaast waren de kamers ruim en schoon.

Cons:

De locatie is niet heel prettig voor als je veel wilt zien in Kuala Lumpur. Het ligt overal best ver vandaan dus een taxi is nodig.

Great location, right across from several trendy restaurants and less than 8 min walk from a shopping center. Excellent breakfast with plenty of options and a restaurant for dinner. The pool was also great and the pool bar. Nice gym. The best was the staff! Great service and hospitality.

Cons:

It didn’t have a spa (which was advertised in the booking.com page. The à la cart menu for the restaurant and room service was quite limited - no desserts. The pool bar only opens in the afternoons.

Chambre spatieuse et luxueuse
Pros:

La chambre est classe, sobrement bien décorée.

Propreté irréprochable, dans la chambre ainsi que dans la salle de bain, on s'y sent très bien.

Le rooftop est très agréable avec une belle vue impressionante devant la KL tower.

Une belle piscine, qui de mon point de vue est très grande (forcément, on peut imaginer, au vue de la capacité d'accueil de cet hotel, une piscine saturée durant les périodes hautes touristiques).

Un bar très agréable.

Rien à dire sur le personnel qui était aussi irréprochable.

Sky train (ligne verte) à proximité ainsi que ligne de métro (station Dand Wangi, ligne rouge)

Cons:

Un hotel de ce rang aurait au moins pu rendre accessible et gratuitement de l'eau potable.
J'ai expérimenté plusieurs hôtels en Malaisie, dont un qui n'était pas haut de gamme, ils proposaient tous de l'eau potable en bouteille chaque jour ou via une fontaine.

Un sèche cheuveux aurait été un plus, je cherche le détail mais là aussi, pour un hotel de ce rang, il est le seul parmis ceux que j'ai pu expérimenter, qui ne propose pas cela.

Petit point négatif sur le son de la boite de nuit qui doit se trouver à proximité :
Le samedi soir, jusqu'à très tard la nuit, le son de la musique s'entend même au 13ème étage, sans bouchons d'oreilles, bon courage !

Großes, komfortables Zimmer und Bett. Sehr freundliches Personal, beeindruckende Aussicht von der Rooftop-Bar und eine tolle Lage mit Restaurants in der unmittelbaren Umgebung.

Pros:

Staff really kind and helpfull, I had an issue with their laundary they fixed it. I liked the swimming pool, very clean and the restaurant there! very good!

Cons:

we had two different room as we had 2 bookings, The first one was dusty. Breakfast quality not so good

Would highly recommend the hotel. Very central to KL. Just round the corner we found a laundrette which is a useful fact
Pros:

Brilliant hotel, which was very clean and with full facilities, which one would expect from a high end hotel. The staff were super helpful: they helped us rent a car and guided us through the paperwork; we were able to leave our luggage securely ( we had rebooked for another 2 nights on our return to KL)at the hotel as we left for Singapore.

Pros:

Super Rooftopbar mit Pool und mega Aussicht. Personal ausgesprochen freundlich. Man kann viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen. Rundherum gibt es viele Lokale.

Cons:

Nachts konnte man die Musik bzw. Bässe eines nahegelegenen Clubs hören.
