The room was an adequate size and comfortable. The staff including the doormen were very efficient and helpful.
I could hear other hotel guests passing by. The rooms didn’t seem that soundproof. Drinks on the balcony were expensive compared to bar prices.
The hotel was in a great location nearby to Bukit Bintan and the others attraction in Kuala Lumpur
The staff of the hotel is especially outstanding team members like Lumbi and Naveed were class above the rest in terms of customer service.
There’s nothing that I do not like about the property. Only one thing that could do better is the variety of breakfast items that is being offered. I have been to other equal stars hotel that provides a more comprehensive Malaysian breakfast and I think this is a point that the hotel can improve and do better

Wonderful hotel, my room was spacious, the bed was really really comfortable, the shower was amazing. Room included towels, robe, iron, slippers, towels On the rooftop is a small swimming pool and a great bar. I had a drink up there and you can also order food. The view from there was superb. The neighborhood offers many restaurants and coffee house options. There is a metro station just a few minutes walking from the hotel.
Room was cleaned once a day and in the afternoon a second round of check-in was run.
Staff was very friendly and willing to help.
My stay was wonderful, will definitely come back.
It was not explained that the mini bar was hidden behind a mirror so thought that I had to pay for water. Instead water and coffee are free.
Check-in staff were friendly and courteous to our needs. Following being unhappy with initial room which had an awful smell and small, was provided alternative room which was larger with a better view. Staff in the breakfast restaurant were very courteous and helpful. The security/door staff were very welcoming and helpful at all times. Gym was adequate and good air conditioning.
Initial room was small, had a mouldy smell and needed refreshing and a bit tired looking. Views from window looked straight into another building. Some of the breakfast items were almost cold when should be served hot. Limited main options if you don't eat meat - no fish or seafood! Pool area small could only accommodate 10 loungers, which is inadequate for size of hotel/no. of guests, so many guests unable to enjoy pool area. Overall would not classify as 5*

Wij vinden het fijn om te lopen richting plekken. Het hotel ligt best geïsoleerd van het centrum. Je moet langs een aantal grote wegen lopen voordat je er bent. Niet heel gezellig.
