Séjour de qualité et je reviendrai sans doute contre une chambre côté jardin!
Pros:

L’accueil, la gentillesse et toujours la bonne humeur.
Un buffet royal. La cuisine excellente. Maîtres d'hôtel très compétents. Chambre bien aménagée, moderne.

Cons:

Ma chambre au-dessus du parking. Bruit des voitures devant le balcon.

Very nice shiny new full service comfortable hotel with great food in Saanen.
Pros:

Very nice newly refurbished full service hotel. We enjoyed the food for breakfast and dinner and the bar service. The lobby and restaurant are well appointed with comfortable seating inside and outdoor. We enjoyed use of the indoor pool to cool off on very hot days. The hotel is just a short walk into central Saanen.

Cons:

The summer of 2026 brought very hot weather to much of Europe for extended periods. While it unusual to need air conditioning in this part of Switzerland, we believe in-room air conditioning might be necessary as global warming continues, as we felt a little warm in the room overnight.

Wonderful vacation in the remote and beautiful place.
Pros:

The staff were super attentive and nice, helped with every request.
Breakfast is phenomenal.
Very nice sauna and inside pool.
A lot of parking space.

Sehr grosszügiges, neues Zimmer mit grossem Bad und Balkon. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und frisch. Das Personal war freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war im Erdgeschoss in der Nähe des Haupteingangs mit Parkplätzen. Bei offenem Fenster ware Gäste, die das Haus verliessen sehr gut hörbar - auch die Autos.

مكان يخليك تنسى إنك على الأرض، ويرجعك للواقع وأنت تندم إنك ما طولت.
Pros:

كل شي ! الإطلالة الخيالية من أعلى طابق على الجبال، النظافة المعقمة اللي تخليك تحس الغرفة لأول مرة تفتح، رقي الموظفين وتعاملهم اللي يخليك تحس إنك ضيف عند أهلك مو مجرد رقم حجز. والأجمل إنهم عرفوا إنها ذكرى زواجي ورقّوني وأعطوني غرفة مطلّة وكبيره أكرموني ورتبوني بشكل ما توقعه ولا غلطة ولا زلّة، كل شيء كان خيالي استثنائي، والعيب الوحيد إنه انتهى بسرعة!

الصراحة شيء واحد فقط: إني حجزت يومين بس! كنت أبي أقعد أسبوع كامل، المكان يستاهل أكثـر من عطلة نهاية أسبوع

Séjour familial ressourçant durant un weekend prolongé
Pros:

Le petit-déjeuner (exceptionnel) la piscine et spa sont très appréciables. Le personnel est top (accueil, prêt de parapluie...). Nous avons grandement apprécié une chambre à 4 avec 1 lit double pour 2 adultes et 2 petits lits pour enfants. La situation est idéale proche de nombreux départs de randonnées familiales.
