住的可以，但多数员工一直一副冷脸，让人相当不适。我想提醒贵店：设施是死的，人是活的，没有温度的服务走不了长远。

我预订6月1日至7日下榻贵店，员工7日早上10点55分致电给我，提醒我退房。我才恍然大悟6月7日晚的住宿并不包含在预定之内，于是我表示要续住一晚，但员工告诉我没有相同房型，必须预定价格更贵的一晚，我立即应允。但店员通知我20分钟之内立即下楼退房并重新登记，我虽然有疑惑，但也照做，我于是急忙收拾行李，连冲凉和整理自己的时间也没有。可店员告诉我下午三点之前才可入住预定好的新房间，因为房间尚未被打扫。我不理解为什么不可以让我待在原本的房间，反正下午一点左右才开始清洁，同时因为我已续住并升等，理应享有连续的住宿。但店员说最早也要两点多左右才可入住。我跟店员请求一旦可以入住请立即通知我，她说好。但我在二楼餐厅苦苦等候近三个小时，期间因为没有冲凉更衣，哪里也不能去，一直待到2:55分下楼。我跟店员说要入住新房间，店员说还不到三点，但当时只差不到5分钟！旅馆的处理方式和员工态度相当令人失望，冷漠、机械、僵化到无以复加。我原本对台南的好印象，也被大打折扣。
