打掃每天需重複通知櫃檯，不通知就沒有打掃，表面上說是尊重住戶隱私，但實際上就是為了減少人力成本，但打掃房間應該是基本的服務，房間都有亮燈勿打擾的圖示可以選擇，此點特例令人十分困惑，大大減少下次再入住的意願
