Me gustó mucho la localización, justo frente a la playa, así como la zona de la piscina, con vistas al mar, que tenía bastantes hamacas y estaba bastante limpia. Los camareros son muy amables. La habitación era muy amplia (cogimos la que está justo con el balcón hacia el mar), la cama era muy cómoda y el acceso a la playa y piscina muy cómodos.
El olor de la habitación a alcantarilla era bastante desagradable. El aire acondicionado no se podía regular bien y te daba el aire en la cara mientras dormías, lo cual nos impidió el descanso, dado que, si lo apagas, el calor es sofocante. El servicio de lavandería, alquiler de motos... es decir, los extras que dependen del hotel son más caros de lo habitual. La recepción del hotel y la entrada dejan mucho que desear para lo que nos costó la habitación, deberían cuidar ese detalle de presentación, ya que es importante. La ducha no es nada cómoda, cuesta regular la temperatura y no se puede modificar hacia dónde da el chorro. La habitación tiene unas escaleras que dan a una terraza que está totalmente vacía, es muy bonita, pero sin ninguna funcionalidad. Para el dinero que cuesta pasar la noche ahí, le faltan muchos detalles y servicios bajo nuestro punto de vista, pero como la zona, los accesos, la playa y la piscina nos encantó, pudimos disfrutar de la estancia. Es un hotel correcto, pero necesita arreglos.

Quiet end of Lamia Beach clean water.Rooms were clean and comfortable.Easy walk to a 7,11 and laundry service next to 7,11 was good also.Staff were very helpful and friendly. Great place to stay if want to chill out.
L’emplacement, la plage est magnifique, la piscine est sympa. Les chambres sont jolies, plancher en bois, salles de bain agréables.
Le personnel a l’accueil est assez stressé et stressant.
Ils insistent lourdement pour récupérer les serviettes de piscine , ils demandent si on a rien cassé ni volé en partant… tout ça en faisant semblant d’être aimable.
Just spent 1 week at White Sand Samui with our two teenagers. The staff were very helpful and accommodating in ensuring that we had rooms next door to each other. The pool area is so pretty and we always found a bed, right on the edge of the quiet end of Lamai Beach, which was perfect for us as we enjoyed our walks into town during the day and again in the evenings to have a meal (a nice 10-15 min stroll along the beach or from the road). We found it a bit too dark to walk back along the beach at night as part of the beach is narrow and the tide comes in. We enjoyed eating at the nearby beach bars and restaurants, there are 3 or 4 right next door. The food at the hotel restaurant (can eat around the pool and get room service also) was fresh and tasty and reasonably priced. All in all a great place to stay, would come back.
Het ligt prachtig aan zee! Je kunt er heerlijk wandelen. Mooi zwembad. Vriendelijk personeel. Wij hadden een kamer met het zwembad voor de deur. Heel fijn.

Nous avons été surclassé dans une villa avec piscine, c’était merveilleux! La piscine est magnifique, la plage est belle, les massages sont très bien, le personnel est aux petits soins, une navette aller-retour permet d’aller en ville, quelques restaurants aux alentours.
Impossible d’avoir un transat de libre car les gens réservent avec leurs serviettes tôt le matin et ne viennent pas de la journée.
Le restaurant de l’hôtel n’est pas aussi bon que ce que nous avons goûté ailleurs.

Czystość w łazienkach, klimatyzacja naprzeciwko łóżka, słabe oświetlenie, pokój duży ale brak półek na przechowywanie rzeczy, walizki musiały leżeć na podłodze. Ostatni shuttle bus do centrum odjeżdżał z hotelu o 17.
Les petits déjeuné sont qualitatifs et variés. Personnel très professionnel. hôtel très calme. et bien situé sur la plage de lamai. Le service de navette gratuite permet de se rendre rapidement au centre ville.
l'environement proche de l’hôtel est moche. L’hôtel aurait besoin de travaux de rafraichissement peinture, mobilier...

Beautiful location right on the beach. Having pool right near the beach was amazing.
The location of the hotel is excellent, on a lovely stretch of Lamai beach. There are plenty of sun loungers both around the picturesque pool and on the sand as well as beach towels in your room for you to use. The staff are all delightful - super friendly, polite and helpful. Breakfast is served in the restaurant which is open to the outside with pool and beach views - very pleasant. Eggs in a variety of forms were freshly made for you by cheerful staff members Bedrooms are very spacious. Good amenities in the room such as a fridge, umbrellas for showers and daily bottled water. There is a massage centre attached to the hotel for open air treatments at a reasonable price. On Thursdays, there is a barbeque on the beach and a brilliant fire show.
However, the hotel overall could do with some maintenance, for example rusting railings that need painting and some of the wooden bedroom and balcony furniture was scratched and chipped. Breakfast was pleasant enough for a couple of days but then became rather monotonous as it was l much exactly the same every day. In addition, breakfast staff were great at clearing plates away, but not so good at topping up the breakfast dishes so there was always something that had run out or had gone cold. There is a fitness room but the multi gym was broken, the a/c did not work well and there were no free weights so it wasn't really functional.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but with a few tweaks this hotel could be even better.ll
T plekje aan zee
Airco maakt veel te veel lawaai. Paar keer over geklaagd maar werd niet veel mee gedaan helaas. Zelf een andere kamer aangevraagd wat een andere gast wel heeft gekregen. Helaas bot gevangen.
Werd beloofd een kamer met uitzicht. Mwahhhh niet echt dus. Echt jammer

We hadden ontbijt vergeten erbij te boeken dus per keer afgerekend. Maar wat je ervoor krijgt mag wel wat aan gedaan worden.
