Zeer goed verblijf!
Pros:

Het ligt prachtig aan zee! Je kunt er heerlijk wandelen. Mooi zwembad. Vriendelijk personeel. Wij hadden een kamer met het zwembad voor de deur. Heel fijn.
Ontbijt is prima. Goede koffie.

Très bon hôtel pour un séjour relaxant
Pros:

Nous avons été surclassé dans une villa avec piscine, c’était merveilleux! La piscine est magnifique, la plage est belle, les massages sont très bien, le personnel est aux petits soins, une navette aller-retour permet d’aller en ville, quelques restaurants aux alentours.

Cons:

Impossible d’avoir un transat de libre car les gens réservent avec leurs serviettes tôt le matin et ne viennent pas de la journée.
Le restaurant de l’hôtel n’est pas aussi bon que ce que nous avons goûté ailleurs.

Plaża i leżaki na plaży. Duży pokój. Wygodne łóżko.

Cons:

Czystość w łazienkach, klimatyzacja naprzeciwko łóżka, słabe oświetlenie, pokój duży ale brak półek na przechowywanie rzeczy, walizki musiały leżeć na podłodze. Ostatni shuttle bus do centrum odjeżdżał z hotelu o 17.

meilleur hotel des vacances
Pros:

Les petits déjeuné sont qualitatifs et variés. Personnel très professionnel. hôtel très calme. et bien situé sur la plage de lamai. Le service de navette gratuite permet de se rendre rapidement au centre ville.

Cons:

l'environement proche de l’hôtel est moche. L’hôtel aurait besoin de travaux de rafraichissement peinture, mobilier...

Relaxed met kanttekeningen die helaas erg dubbel voelen.

Cons:

Airco maakt veel te veel lawaai. Paar keer over geklaagd maar werd niet veel mee gedaan helaas. Zelf een andere kamer aangevraagd wat een andere gast wel heeft gekregen. Helaas bot gevangen.

Werd beloofd een kamer met uitzicht. Mwahhhh niet echt dus. Echt jammer

Personeel daarentegen super!
Alleraardigst.


We hadden ontbijt vergeten erbij te boeken dus per keer afgerekend. Maar wat je ervoor krijgt mag wel wat aan gedaan worden.

Could be better
Pros:

Sand Samui Resort was disappointing. The room had a persistent septic/plumbing smell that made it unpleasant to be in. We understand that plumbing can sometimes be an issue, but this should be managed better for guests.

We reported the smell several times and were told to communicate via WhatsApp. While the staff were polite, responses were often slow, sometimes taking hours, and we repeatedly had to ask for a room fragrance burner to be lit to help mask the odour.

The location is good and the facilities are decent, but the ongoing smell and lack of timely communication significantly affected our stay. We hope the resort addresses these issues, as it has the potential to provide a much better guest experience.

Cons:

Malgré la demande d avoir 2 chambres côte à côte ( enfants de 11 et 13 ans dans l autre chambre), nous avons eu 2 chambres pas cote a cote pour la première nuit et avons pu changer le lendemain.
beaucoup de bruit provenant de la chambre d à côté (chambre communicante).
Petit déjeuner peu varié

Our mattress smelt damp from the atmosphere. Whilst the staff where very kind and friendly they did little to help with rectifying the smell….the mattress needs aired, not just burning an oil burner in the room!!

Vorsicht, wir fühlen uns abgezockt!
Cons:

Unser Zimmer war extrem veraltet (so wie die gesamte Anlage), alle Wasserhähne extrem verkalkt und in die Jahre gekommen 😬. Das Zimmer, welches entgegen unserer Reservierung zum Nachbarn und nicht zum Garten gerichtet war, bestand aus ganz Dünen Wänden. Die Eingangstüre hatte einen Spalt unten und es war sowas von laut und man hörte alles durch Wand und Decke. Grauenvoller Aufenthalt, wir haben nach der ersten Nacht abgebrochen und sind ins nächste hotel nach Boputh weitergezogen. Zimmer war für das gebotene viel, viel zu teuer, ich kann jeden nur abraten!
