Very Disappointing Stay
Pros:

Chose this hotel due to the close proximity to the airport plus I have really enjoyed previous stays at other Park Inn by Radisson hotels. This stay was not so good. Staff were very unfriendly and with the exception of one or two very unhelpful. I ate in the restaurant first night and then didn’t go back again. Went into Zaventem to eat instead a much better option. Room was very hot but AC would not go below 24. I asked twice for assistance to fix this but nothing happened. There are wooden floors in the room which was absolutely filthy, obviously hadn’t seen a hoover or map for some time. I was booked in here by my job but next time I come I will chose a better option. One positive point is the bed was very comfortable.

Pros:

Bediende aan de receptie was zeer vriendelijk, doch sprak moeilijk Nederlands en soms onbegrijpelijk. Restaurantbediende was evenmin het Nederlands meester en weinig servicegericht: hij wees slechte zitplaatsen aan, terwijl er toch weinig bezoekers waren in het restaurant, geen menukaart, zeer beperkte keuze inzake gerechten en geen enkele prijsindicatie voorafgaandelijk. Kortom ontgoochelend.
