The AC was not working in the room
Not really it says 10-15min from the airport but the shuttle make so many stops it's crazy, the shuttle does not come in front of the hotel you have to make your way up to the bus stop and the shuttle do not run after around 9-10am and will start back at 5:00 pm so if your flight gets there around noon you are on your own. There is also no luggage carrier if you have more than 2 it is struggle.

Everything was as expected for a 4 star hotel chain.
Staff dismissive on complaint of a nymph cockroach running on and around the table in an area where food was available and in close proximity to the kitchen and restaurant area. At the time they claimed 'it flew in' but nymphs can't fly. Once home I sent a photo of the nymph and area to have a photo of an adult cockroach sent back and a 'claimed' identification as a 'forest' cockroach... given this is an airport hotel in a built up area I asked for the evidence of it's 'undisturbed rotting leaf litter' habitat - no reply/ Claiming is as not seen as a 'health' pest I advised of an outbreak of claimed 'forest roach' in Geneva at the Uni hospitals in August 2006. All has now gone silent, the idea we ate in this area twice makes me feel sick. Never had confirmation that the identification was from a qualified individual or that picture they sent back was another cockroach they found after my complaint.
