Posizione comodissima, vicino alla stazione, zona piena di locali e ristoranti. Camera pulita con cambio quotidiano degli asciugamani. Personale gentile e disponibile

Excellent location and the staff are amazing
Pros:

The location is fantastic and despite its busy location it’s reasonably quiet at night. I travel with ear plugs so that helps but it’s not noisy late into the night. Also, the breakfast provided is tasty and fresh. But the best part about this place was the staff. Everyone was very kind and happy to help with requests or recommendations.

Cons:

My room was small and that’s fine, however, these rooms would do much better if they threw some hooks on the doors and walls for you to hang your hand and bath towels or your hand washed laundry. There is literally no place other than the tops of doors (shower or bathroom) to hang towels. I had to hang my hand towel off the light fixture above the sink. The lack of hanging places is common in many hotels, but there wasn’t a single hook to be found. You make do, but hopefully it can be fixed.

Pros:

It was very close to the train station. Staff was pretty friendly and breakfast was included. The room was ok. I booked the room because I arrived to NL a day before from what I actually planned due to the transportation strike.

Cons:

Well, one of the towels had a big brown spot, not like it was recently used, but they need to get rid of that towel haha. Thanks god there was another set. And I couldn’t close my window, it was kind of stuck. I don’t mind the noise but it was a little cold.
