Pros:

Excelente localização e o atendimento das meninas da recepção foi ótimo. Café da manhã gostoso

Cons:

Acredito que a limpeza dos quartos poderia ser melhor, o chuveiro não esquentava muito às vezes e o ar condicionado não ligou. O atendimento de um dos funcionários da noite foi ruim, pois teve falas inconvenientes.

Cons:

Viajamos com um casal de amigos e a experiência deles não foi tão boa. O quarto deles era muito pequeno, tiveram que abrir as malas em cima da cama.

Como estava participando de um evento na ExpoGramado, o hotel era muito próximo (5 min a pé). O hotel é confortável e achei um bom custo benefício.
