Pros:

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille à l'hôtel Bella Premier au mois d'août et nous avons vraiment vécu une expérience exceptionnelle ! L'hôtel est vraiment très bien situé, proche du lac et de toutes commodités. Les commerçants des alentours étaient vraiment très accueillants et serviables. Mais surtout, l'expérience n'aurait pas été la même sans l'implication de l'équipe du Bella ! Une équipe à l'écoute, prête à vous aider, qui répond à toutes vos questions, vraiment au petit soin. Grâce à eux nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison.
Nous étions même tristes de devoir les quitter.
Même les enfants se sont attachés au personnel de l'hôtel.
Merci l'équipe du Bella de nous avoir permis de vivre une expérience aussi enrichissante !

Perfect value for money
Pros:

J’ai voyagé avec 11 membres de ma famille (personnes âgées, adultes, enfants et bébés). La localisation et le service sont géniaux! Toute l’équipe est très serviable et accueillante. Chung, Hannah, Michael, Brian, la réception, toute l’équipe du petit déjeuner, le housekeeping, Daisy, le back office, etc. Ceux dont je ne connais pas le nom vraiment tout le monde est gentil. Ce n’est pas Hanoi qui va nous manquer c’est vous! Les lits sont extrêmement confortables, le ménage est très bien fait. L’équipe tient à point nommé à déposer du café, thé et de l’eau, papier toilette tous les jours devant la porte même si nous ne demandons pas le service et ce n’est pas le cas de tous les hôtels. Le petit déjeuner est complet et très bon. L’équipe du front office prend soin de nous et le temps de nous conseiller. C’est comme une famille.

Cons:

Le design n’est pas le plus moderne et les finitions à perfectionner mais c’est un excellent rapport qualité prix. La localisation et le service effacent ces points négatifs.

Un excellent rapport qualité prix !
Pros:

Le personnel est adorable et serviable pour nous aider en toute circonstance (infos sur des visites, prix recommandés, change de devises, …). C’est un petit hôtel (12 chambres) avec de belles prestations (douches, literie), très bien situé et le roof top offre une vue magnifique sur le lac Hoan Kiem. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent, varié, avec des spécialités vietnamiennes mais aussi des plats gratuits à la demande (pancake, œufs, Pho).

Cons:

Rien, tout était très bien.

Beware of Credit Card Surcharge
Pros:

The front desk staff is exceptionally friendly and have great English skills. The location is good.

Cons:

They added a 5% credit card fee on top of the amount agreed to on booking.com. If the hotel is going to do that, it should be clearly indicated on booking.com. The booking.com price is for cash only.

The sky bar was disappointing. It was quite small.and there were smokers. We took one look and left.

Heerlijk verblijf in het kloppend hart van Hanoi, met geweldig personeel!
Pros:

Het personeel is mogelijk het aardigste, liefste en meest behulpzame personeel dat ik ooit heb meegemaakt. We voldoen ons ontzettend welkom en ze hebben ons geweldig geholpen met alles wat we nodig hadden.

Great hotel and good value for money.
Pros:

Close to all shops and attractions. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
They even made us packed breakfast. Daily breakfast is very nice. The kids loved the fruits.
They have organised the tours for us and kept us updated.
The hotel is very clean. Shout out to the house keepers who clean our room everyday. For a family with children, they even tidied up the toys. The hotel itself is good value for money so will definitely recommend.

Cons:

Nothing everything is what you should expect.

Pros:

The facilities at the hotel were excellent, the bed was firm but comfortable and the bathroom was well sized. The over hotel was great but what really made it for us wad the front of house staff Tran, Hannah and Micheal. They were friendly, welcoming and helpful which made the stay all the more memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay on my next visit to Hanoi.

Pros:

Het personeel is enorm vriendelijk. De kamer met balkon is ruim evenals de badkamer. Wij zaten op de 5e verdieping aan de straatkant. De kamer was genoeg geïsoleerd om de meeste herrie buiten te sluiten.

Cons:

Het ontbijt is wat beperkt en de kamers zien er gebruikt uit, maar zo erg is dat nu ook weer niet.
