We will stay here again
Pros:

Great location a 2 minute walk & your on the lake, nice clean & quiet rooms, the bed was nice & comfortable, descent breakfast, very friendly staff a special shout out to Chang she is a great asset to the hotel couldn't do enough for us & also to Ryan for his help

Cons:

That we didn't stay here when we 1st arrived in Hanoi would of liked to stay longer

Le plus de cet hôtel c est sa localisation dans le vieux Hanoi et l'extrême gentillesse du personnel ! Un grand merci à tout le monde pour avoir fait de notre séjour un agréable moment lors de notre séjour à Hanoï

Fantastic stay! The location was perfect, just steps from the main attractions, lake at the corner.The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay, special thanks for Trang, she helps me a lot to organise more excursions and how to spend rest of my vacation. Room were immaculate and very comfortable.Roof top terrace with a lake view was magnificent. Will definitely come back, once visiting Hanoi. Highly recommend!

Pros:

Zentrale Lage und mitten im Geschehen. Hatte einen Balkon mit toller Aussicht.
Alle Häuser sind sehr schmal. Man darf keine Suite erwarten. Ich fand alles komfortabel und das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit 🥰

It was ok for a stopover and staff were friendly helping us with scales for our luggage. Close to the lake
