Very disappointing stay – noisy room far below expectations, despite a good location.

Due to the convenient access to the airport, we decided to change our previous reservation and choose your hotel. Unfortunately, from the perspective of our stay, this turned out to be a mistake.
We are disappointed with the standard we encountered upon arrival. The room differed significantly from the photos presented – it was very small and lacked basic amenities such as hangers for clothes. There was a safe in the room, but no key was provided. The hairdryer was so loud that it was practically unusable. Additionally, the refrigerator was dirty and sticky inside.
The bathroom left much to be desired in terms of cleanliness – both the sink and the shower appeared to have been cleaned carelessly. The towels were worn and in some places torn, and the pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Moreover, the duvet was far too small for its cover, which significantly reduced sleeping comfort.
The noise level in the room was very high – we could hear conversations and sounds from the reception area, as well as guests coming and going. The room door had visible gaps, which further worsened the situation. Additionally, throughout the night we could hear the sound of running water in the wall behind the bed. The window was also very difficult to close and required considerable force.
The reception staff were polite, however communication in English was very limited. We also have concerns regarding the heating system – on one of the days, the temperature in the room was set to 28°C, making the conditions extremely uncomfortable.
We understand that we booked an economy room – this was our mistake. However, we do not believe this justifies a standard that falls below an acceptable level.
Particularly disappointing was the fact that on the last night we were woken up at around 5:00 a.m. by loud noises coming from the reception area.
The only positives we can note are the convenient location and a decent breakfast.

A nice and clean hotel
Pros:

A very convenient location — subway station, T1 tram station, and bus stops are nearby. We took the M11 from Istanbul Airport (IST), transferred to the M2 line, and got off at Vezneciler Station. From there, we walked just about 100 meters to reach the hotel. We took the T1 tram for three stops to get to Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, and other attractions. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean with comfortable beds. The breakfast is good too.

Pros:

Great service, they took our luggage at arrival and brought it to our rooms. Everybody spoke English and the staff is very helpful. They gave us water when we needed some, provided a scale to weigh our luggage, fixed the hair dryer immediately when it broke. The cleaning lady was very polite, she cleaned and changed our towels daily. Amazing location, a few minutes from both the tram and the metro, has everything you need close by - restaurants, cafes, shops, transport. :)

Cons:

Breakfast didn't have many options; and because the room is on the smaller side it could use some hangers on the walls and in the bathroom, other than that I definitely recommend.

Za kratki boravak, vrlo dobra opcija
Pros:

Osoblje na recepciji vrlo dobro. Doručak dobar. Soba hladna, sve u sobi vrlo čisto. Lokacija izuzetno dobra. Na 50 m od stabice metro. Okolo hotela mnogo malih restorana.

Cons:

Soba je mala, bez stola, bez stolice. U sobije bilo hladno.

Hotel w atrakcyjnej lokalizacji za przyzwoite pieniądze.
Pros:

Hotel położony w atrakcyjnej lokalizacji, bardzo blisko metra. Główne atrakcje miasta dostępne pieszo. W pokoju był czajnik i możliwość zrobienia kawy i herbaty. Śniadania były bardzo dobre.

Cons:

Pokój dosyć mały, bez dużych udogodnień. W pokoju brakowało wieszaków, tak samo w łazience przydałyby się wieszaki na ręczniki. W hotelu znajduje się strefa spa z sauną. Niestety korzystanie z sauny kosztowało 1700 TRY. Nie było na to oficjalnego cennika, taka informacja padła od osoby ze strefy spa oraz od pracownika recepcji. Dla gości hotelowych korzystanie z sauny powinno być w cenie pokoju.
