The room was clear good and clear.

Cons:

In my booking mentioned that there will be a balcony in the room but there was not. Also there was nowhere to hang your towel in the bathroom.

Pros:

The location was excellent, close to the metro and within easy reach of the main tourist areas. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent, and the Wi-Fi connection was also very good. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Overall, the room was clean, but it could have been cleaned more thoroughly. The bathroom was clean, although there were some stains on the faucet. The lighting in the room was very dim and definitely needs improvement, as the room was not sufficiently lit.

Also, on the first day, housekeeping apparently entered the room while we were out. The trash was emptied, but the bed linen was simply placed on the bed and was not properly arranged.
