Отличное расположение отеля: до моря 7-10 минут неторопливой прогулки по живописной улице, утопающей в цветущих олеандрах и акациях. В 2-3 минутах пешей доступности магазины BIM,MIGROS,SOK. Много кафе и ресторанчиков. В 5 минутах ходьбы находится автобусная остановка. В отеле нас встретили чрезвычайно внимательные, душевные и гостеприимные сотрудники. Очень признательны Мураду и Марине за внимание, помощь и профессионализм. Мы замечательно провели время в отпуске, номер был оборудован всем необходимым для приготовления пищи и комфортного проживания, чистый, прекрасный вид с балкона на горы. Планируем обязательно вернуться в этот отель!
Really nice quiet place to stay and slept well every night.Murat the host was fabulous and couldn't have been more helpful and the lady that did the cleaning very helpfully lent me a plug so that I could charge my phone as I had brought the wrong thing with me. All up a lovely stay.

Central location. Very attentive staff, couldn't do enough for me. Clean facilities, lovely pool area and bar. Room was comfortable and spotless, cleaned every day.

Fast Internet, nice new fridge, room safe, modern TV and hot shower 🛀 were brilliant.
A few things a bit more modern to cook on like ie a microwave but the owner was such a delightful man and sure he is saving up to improve everything..

Уютный отель в милом, тихом, спокойном месте в Ичмелере. Понравилось расположение отеля. Доброжелательные, душевные, отзывчивые хозяин и персонал отреагируют на любую просьбу, помогут по всем вопросам.Чисто, номер убирали каждый день.
Прекрасный вид на горы, бассейн с балкона. Есть кухня,холодильник, чайник,плита, телевизор. Осталась очень довольна.

Я в AVLU4 второй раз,уже это говорит о многом.Опишу кратко,что мне нравится(нужно понимать,что пишу я о своих впечатлениях):пусть не самая новая,но в отличном состоянии,мебель,укомплектованная кухня,качественная уборка(понятно стёкла никто не мыл),свежее бельё.И за всё это большое спасибо Мураду,Марине.С удовольствием вернусь опять.

The owner was very friendly and the pool/bar area was nice. Location was quiet and about 3-10 min walk to all the restaurants, bars and main beach of Icmeler. Public transportation was close by, but the area is very walkable as well. There was AC, a refrigerator/basic kitchen needs and a balcony.
The room was higher price than I expected for the quality and comfort. The rooms need major renovations. The bed was small and highly uncomfortable (would be tough for two people), a main light didn't work in the room, wifi inconsistent/weak, the bathroom faucet leaked loudly, the curtains are basically too small and translucent and no elevator.

The host Murat and Senay are the perfect hosts. Mariana, the cleaner was an absolute angel. Felt very safe staying here as a solo traveller. Location was perfect. Will definitely return here in the future.

Отличный апарт-отель с укомплектованной кухней , чистая комната с удобной кроватью и белоснежным бельем, хорошая звуоизоляция, кондиционер отлично справлялся в жару. Дружелюбный хозяин Мурат, русскоязычная помощница Марина всегда была готова помочь в насущных проблемах. Рядом пару супермаркетов один из BIM, по которому легко соорентироваться как добраться до Avlu 4.
