Pros:

Good location, that’s about it !

Cons:

Extremely disappointing experience. We ultimately left the hotel and did not stay overnight.

We arrived early and separately paid for a day-use room because we needed to shower after our flight. The first room had a very strong musty, mold-like and stale cigarette-smoke odor. We immediately raised the issue with reception and asked for another room.

We were shown a second room on the 28th floor, but unfortunately it had the same strong odor. Since we had already paid separately for day use and needed to shower, we used the room briefly and then went back to reception to explain that we were not comfortable staying at the hotel overnight.

Before leaving, the receptionist showed us a third room, which we were told was similar to the room type booked for our overnight stay. It also had a very strong unpleasant odor. Staff explained that the rooms are on high floors and the windows cannot be opened, but that did not address the condition or odor we experienced across all three rooms.

At that point, after being shown three different rooms without the problem being resolved, we decided to leave rather than stay overnight.

What was particularly disappointing was how the cancellation was handled. We raised the issue at the property before the overnight stay, gave the hotel multiple opportunities to provide an acceptable room, and left without using our overnight accommodation. We were nevertheless charged for the overnight reservation.

I understand cancellation policies, but this was not simply a change of plans. We made the decision to leave because of the conditions we personally experienced at the property.

Based on our experience, I would not stay here again.

Great value for money in a convenient location
Pros:

I chose this place due to its super close proximity to the airport train and night market. Clean, good beds and showers!!

Cons:

Staff speaks limited English which is only a problem when there is a problem, in my case they charged me twice and will have to wait for a month to get the charges reversed - at least that's how I understood it!!! 😁
It's not signposted well at all, it might be hard to find for a first timer, reception is on the 30th floor!!!!
