The best
Pros:

Experience was great, service exellent, Lina the supervisor in the breakfast and her teen they was the best, and the person Jennifer who take care our she was great to, the receptionist people nice, are experienced in the hotel was the best, I recommend the hotel 100 porcent.

Attente très longue aux ascenseurs.
Salle de petit déjeuner complètement saturée, voire même stressante.

Great service, beautiful views, and a delicious breakfast!
Pros:

We had a great stay! The hotel was very clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our room had a beautiful view of the Empire State Building, which made the experience even more special. The bed was super comfortable, and the breakfast exceeded our expectations—it was delicious! They even make fresh omelets to order, which was a wonderful touch. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Great stay, better service
Pros:

Every interaction I had with the staff during my stay was exceptional. Dinu was very kind and accommodating with our luggage hold and let me borrow an umbrella for the day. Yasmill was very prompt and courteous with check in and was able to provide our room early despite world cup final. Keanna was gracious in allowing us to check out late and provided excellent service with a smile each time. Despite the rainy weather and crowded lobby, everyone did their best to make it an enjoyable experience. The rooms were a bit on the smaller side for this brand, but it is NYC, so should be expected... the shower was amazing with water pressure and heat! Thanks for a great stay and look forward to the next time.

Photos are deceptive. Elevators alway broken. Definitely not "renovated."

Absolutely nothing. Do not stay here. Photos are not indicative of true condition of hotel, which is in terrible shape.

Run down.
Lobby and room smells like pot
Rooms are way smaller than pics indicate
One elevator and wait times to use were up to 20 minutes
Small cramped hallways
Trash was never picked up
Terrible housekeeping that will only clean your room or provide new towels if you call a day before
Our room was evidently "renovated" but there was unfinished construction, super dirty, dings in furniture, hole in a wall....could go on
