Muito agradável
Pros:

O Hotel e bem localizado,a acomodação e vem confortável,os funcionários São atenciosos e dispostos em ajudar,o pequeno almoço grátis e maravilhoso também.

Cons:

Apenas que uma taxa extra foi cobrada a mais no valor da minha acomodação,não estou falando da taxa de 50,00,mas o valor já foi reembolsado.

Excelente hotel para descubrir Nueva York
Pros:

Nuestra estancia en el hotel fue maravillosa. La ubicación es excelente, perfecta para explorar la ciudad. Las habitaciones eran muy cómodas, con camas y almohadas inmejorables que nos permitieron descansar de maravilla después de cada jornada. El baño era moderno, amplio y estaba impecablemente limpio. Además, la limpieza diaria fue excepcional durante toda la estancia.

Si tuviera que señalar algún aspecto mejorable, diría que el espacio de almacenamiento es algo limitado. El armario resulta pequeño, especialmente en la habitación con sofá cama para tres personas, que nos pareció algo estrecha. No obstante, esto no afectó significativamente a nuestra experiencia.

El personal fue extraordinariamente amable y profesional, siempre dispuesto a ayudar y a resolver cualquier duda o necesidad con una sonrisa.

El desayuno nos gustó mucho, con una oferta variada y de buena calidad. Quizá echamos en falta algunos productos más propios de un desayuno caliente completo, como baked beans, salchichas o algún tipo de embutido, pero en líneas generales nos pareció muy bueno y suficiente.

Como único comentario adicional, el lobby nos pareció algo pequeño en comparación con el tamaño y la altura del edificio. Sin embargo, se trata de un detalle menor.

En definitiva, disfrutamos enormemente de nuestra estancia y volveríamos sin duda. Un hotel muy recomendable por su ubicación, comodidad, limpieza y excelente atención al cliente.

Cons:

Muy pocas cosas. El armario era algo pequeño y la habitación con sofá cama para tres personas resultaba un poco justa de espacio. También el lobby nos pareció pequeño para un hotel de esas dimensiones. El desayuno era bueno, aunque podría ofrecer alguna opción caliente adicional. En cualquier caso, son detalles menores frente a una estancia excelente.

The worst possible start to a holiday - avoid this hotel
Pros:

We didn’t like anything about the property
It was a poor and stressful experience from both the property and booking.com

Cons:

We were mis-sold the room - the images on booking.com do not reflect the rooms we were offered at check-in.
We booked a room for 3 adults with a view of the Empire State Building - when we checked in there was no view, and the room was only set up for 2 people. A second room offered as an alternative, was an identical room on a different floor. The hotel confirmed the images on booking.com are for an accessible room for 2 people - and in fact the room we had booked didn’t exist. We asked for a full refund, and this was refused, spending over 2 hours bouncing between the property and booking.com and getting absolutely nowhere, while both kept saying it was for the other to resolve the issue. We ended up having to leave the property and find alternative accommodation, with the bank helping us to get a refund for services / products that have not been provided. All this despite being a longstanding Hilton Honors and booking.com customer. Additionally we didn’t see any signs of renovations, overall the lobby and rooms seemed tired, it’s not a welcoming environment.

10/10 Would Steal The Room And Take It Home
Pros:

My stay at Embassy Suites in New York was excellent. The room size stood out immediately — spacious, clean, and well-designed, which is rare for NYC hotels. The front desk and housekeeping staff were consistently kind and attentive. The hotel’s location is ideal, with easy access to the waterfront, the World Trade Center area, and multiple subway lines. Breakfast and the evening reception were convenient bonuses after long days out in the city. I would highly recommend this hotel to families and travelers looking for comfort and convenience.

Pros:

Las habitación un poco pequeña para tres personas, tiene nevera, microondas, los ascensores estaban bastante demandados, el desayuno excelente y puedes llevarte algo que quieras a tu habitación .
El servicio bueno, la ubicación inmejorable, cerca de todo para ir caminando y a 2 calles el metro, a 10 minutos caminando de Grand central. A 2 min del Empire state, 7 min del time square, etc.
Hay lugares para comer cerca....la ubicación muy buena.

Cons:

Muchas gente el el ascensor, y había que esperar mucho, en el desayuno mucha gente, no hay mesas suficientes.

No comparison to other Embassy Suites Hotels I've been to
Pros:

Centrally located, just a short walk to Times Square or 5th Avenue. As the breakfast varietey and quality of meals and beverages for breakfast is very poor, there are excellent alternatives next door, like a french breakfast coffee or a modern breakfast restaurant with great smoothies and breakfast snacks. Nice rooftop bar with outdoor cinema and bar.

Cons:

Very small room, especially if you choose to occupy it with 3 persons, which is possible, but not recomended. For two persons it's small, but acceptable. Breakfast quality is very poor and the breakfast room is extremely busy. Better use the surrounding coffees or snack shops.

Steer Clear of this Hotel!
Pros:

Just an awful experience! The elevators take 15-20 minutes, and we were late for our Broadway show. Garbage bags lay near the elevators all day waiting for pick up. I BROKE A TOOTH on a potable cup of cheese & black olives, purportedly a snackable cup item at their awful happy hour that mainly featured Goldfish crackers. I have $3,000 in dental bills that they said they'd pay for at first, but since have ghosted me for 3 weeks! No one is responding and I have to now hire an attorney. STEER CLEAR of this hotel. there are many others in the area that are better rated.
