Good location but alittle more involving staff would have been good
Pros:

The location was great and staff was friendly but gave no instructions on elevator and breakfast. We had to figure it all out.

Cons:

Not enough phone plugs and the outlets wouldn’t hold a regular plug

Pros:

If you want your NYC stay to be near Times Square, this is the perfect spot to be. But also very walkable to other areas.
The staff was really great as well. We needed extra towels and they brought some up very quickly. Amongst other quick services.

Would certainly go back if we return to that area.
Pros:

Breakfast was exceptional. but the "restaurant" was small and limited menu. We did enjoy what we had. The staff was so helpful and courteous they exceeded expectations.

Cons:

A real restaurant would be nice, but there are plenty others in the area. The ice machine on our floor did not work.

La proximité des activités qu'offre la ville, les activités offertes à même l'hôtel, les bouteilles d'eau à l'arrivée, le 5 à 61/2 au 4 e étage. Le déjeuner, la propreté.

Cons:

L'accueil du personnel au comptoir à l'arrivée et au départ les gens en place n'étaient pas souriant ni avenant. Peu de sourire. Par contre tout le personnel au 4 étage était sympathique et accueillant.
