Chateau Beachfront Hotel, a By the Sea Resort

The bathroom was weird...i could hear everything the person in the room above was doing, which means they could also hear. Other than that it was good.

Office staff were rude, payed for parking but then had nowhere to park, our room was not cleaned the whole time we were there. We had to ask for clean towels. It appears to be a cheap hotel that is not cheap. Caulking in the bathroom was moldy, sink was cracked. We will not be staying there again.

update the photos to be accuarate. the rooms are standard 6ft by 6ft maybe. the beds are old and very slept on- the whole room smells like pea and weed.

One of the worst motels I have ever stayed in. When we got there, they was sand on the floor still, there were no towels in the bathroom, and we found a plate of french fries still in their microwave. About midnight, the first night, the AC quit. And we had to call a repair man to come in and change out the thermostat for the a c. For the rest of the night and the next four nights, I had to physically reset the a c to keep it running. The maintenance guy said he will come.Put the new thermostat on the wall.The next morning, five days later, it was still laying on the table where he left it. Went to flush the toilet and the handle fell off.In the floor I had to put it back on myself. We were there for 5 days and housekeeping, never came by and cleaned the room once. The second day we were there, we ran out of toilet paper, because there was only a half a roll there.When we checked in and we had to go to the front office to ask for toilet paper. The third day we were there.I went to the front desk to ask, how often does housekeeping come by?And she told me they came every day, so I told her they had not came to our room at all.And she said she would get with someone and have them come clean our room, but she didn't know when it would be sometime that day.They never showed up. I have two words for the chateau, never again.

Cleanliness could improve, but wasn't as bad as I had expected from reviews I read. The stairs were a bit slippery due to being wet constantly. A ramp to haul luggage would be wonderful.

The room was to hot, not able to change temperature . The tub and toilet is old and scarred , paint chips on the floor. Floor had a lot of sand on it from previous guest . The hall where the ice machine has no lights.

Everything the hotel its in bad condition, the front des staff was horrible very bad attitude not friendly at all, housekeeper never seem them the room was not clean they never went to offer anything, hotel has no elavetor,

The room was in disrepair. Toilet seat was very loose. Stained ceiling tiles in bathroom, dirty walls in bathroom, only a ring for the hand towel by sink - no other towel bars. Lights and outlets between beds didn't work. No hairdryer. The room felt very dingy and uninviting.

the room smelled sour. the outlets didn't work properly in some places.and the cleaning staff was sub par . and we found a bedbug in our things when we got back.
