The price and the staff is very friendly
The staff was great. Close to the beach and the free laundry. It is not suited for anyone physically challenged. Only 1 ramp from 3rd level (parking lot) to 2nd level. Making it hard to get to the beach.
It’s a good location , tiki bar and nice customer service.
No elevators, miss the continental breakfast that hotel used to offer.

I like the location, right on the beach.
The beds are decent. Personally, I would bring a blanket to sleep ontop of bed. The bartender is very nice. The fridge a mini fridge that cannot hold more than 4 boxes of leftovers if you get a regular room. The rooms are a little bit dated. The bathroom fan did not work well and there was visible mold on the cealing. And paint falling from where they probably painted over the last layer of mold. Near water facilities there is a Mildew smell, I saw some mold in the shower on the cealing. If you keep the bathroom fan on its manageable besides a small headache. Sand is in the room everywhere. Ask for some more towels to have places to wipe off feet before you get in bed. The toliet is lower to the ground than a retail toliet (costco/sams) If your a 6 foot man, be aware.
The walls are a bit thin, so you can hear the neighbors if they argue.
Only thing good about the property was location.
Place needs renovation. Had to ask front desk for several things that weren't in room. Hard to communicate with most staff.
The location is perfect
There were bugs. Lots of them. On the walls, on the beds, everywhere. The facility isn’t clean at all. You have to constantly ask for supplies such as towels, toilet paper, trash bags for trash cans. There’s no elevator so you have to haul luggage up & down stairs.

i loved my room! had my own balcany loved being on the third floor the smoking area was close the car park was close checkin/checkout was a breeze. shops food everything was convieniet .i would love to stay there again.
needed more towels ,a little language barrier
One of this beds had a this yellow substance on it, we asked for linen to change it and was informed none was available, so i just removed it, went to the store and got a cheap set
I loved the patio, did not like that the door had mold on the outside, did not like around the bathtub the debris was so thick in the corners and along the tub, did not like the water pressure was almost non existent
