This is the perfect hotel if you are going to one of the arenas in Glendale. welcoming staff, clean and roomy rooms with amenities. Great breakfast . Everything in walking distance to events, shopping and restaurants . Highly recommend! quiet atmosphere.
The rooms were very clean and maid service was great. Great price during a busy time.

Saturday I had to cut the eggs with a knife and the sausage too. The were hard as a rock, no taste, and over done or old.

Gisel is possibly the nicest person I've met here yet, she's always got a smile that could shine a light in the darkness and is always willing to help whenever she can if she can. She's 1 of the top 3 workers who I enjoy interacting with.

The check-in process was smooth, efficient, and completely stress-free thanks to her. She walked me through everything I needed to know about the property with patience and enthusiasm, making sure I had everything I needed before I even had a chance to ask.
What really stood out was how Gisel went above and beyond her role. She didn’t just do her job — she made my stay personal and memorable. It’s rare to come across someone in hospitality who genuinely cares, and you can tell with Gisel that it comes naturally to her.
Check-out was just as seamless. She was kind, attentive, and left me with the same great impression she created on day one.

She accommodated to thins I needed, very nice and sweet young woman, always willing to go over and beyond to try and help me with my situation in room service, it made me want to comeback for another stay here.
Ciana and Robert were very attentive and welcoming. The entire property was very clean. They were even handing out popsicles and bubbles for the kids. This is a very family-friendly property and I would definitely stay here again. It’s also very close to State Farm Stadium and a mall with lots of places to eat near by. They even provided discounts for some nearby places.
I stayed here for a work trip and was extremely pleased with the front desk staff. Throughout my stay i noticed many of the staff going above and beyond to accommodate myself as well as other guests. Richard was amazing and personally brought blow bubbles for a small group of children in who was staying at the hotel, and another gentleman who worked there brought frozen Popsicles to children who were swimming at the pool. Overall, I cant stress how great and accommodating they were for families with children. I would highly encourage everyone to consider this property for future stays, particularly those who are traveling with young children. A+ to Richard and the rest of the staff at the hotel!

My reservation wasn't correct on their end. Reserved a room with 2 beds and couch bed. Was given a room with 1 bed.
Yes when we requested more bedding Eric told us everything for bedding was dirty and that there was nothing available. I had to call him from my cell phone, because the phone in the room was not working due to it being unplugged. When I told the lady at the front desk about this she said they have to get a hold of engineering and it would be a few days.
The fact that there was no extra bedding for my daughter.
