Pros:

Hampton Inn’s are always consistent, enjoy our stay.

Cons:

My husband brought his swim trunks to exercise in the pool, but unfortunately the pool did not look clean.

Our goto place in Redmond!
Pros:

Perfect location for our stay, and location for needed services, shopping, eating, and entertainment. The staff were outstanding, friendly and extremely helpful. The included breakfast is always the best of anywhere we stay.

Pros:

It good manager is so friendly I recommend this manager should be promoted for future training. All the other managers and here's a role model. And you should be promoted for I had a management experience. I'm so humble.

The stay overall is still good.
Pros:

Provides Breakfast and the place is clean

Cons:

The bed mattress is too soft. The room sound proofing is not good enough as i can hear the voices of people talking from the room beside.

Spacious with a good staff
Pros:

The staff were very good. We had a problem with the bathroom light when we got in and they fixed it right away. They took care of all of our questions and they do little things like change bills into quarters for the laundry machines and put out cookies for the guests in the late afternoon or early evening. The rooms were well appointed -- all the plugs and room lights and frig and microwave worked fine. For us, the location was great for getting to friends we were visiting and if you want to go to Redmond, it's 5 minutes away. Breakfast was good -- they tried to switch up the kinds of eggs and protein and they had the Inn's signature waffle maker (literally, the top of the waffles has a sign saying "Hampton"). The dining area was nicer than other hotels.

Cons:

The WiFi for us was a bit spotty. We kept having to reboot the computers to get it to work properly. Maybe it would have worked better with Microsoft and Android? It's an unsecured network anyway. The speed was fine, though.

Pros:

Bed is comfortable

Cons:

Breakfast is absolutely insufficient, in 2026 you cannot have eggs wrapped in plastic and the choice in general is getting worst every year. They say cleaning is done every other day, but it took 4 days before the first cleaning was done to my room.

Would stay here again for sure.
Pros:

Location was good for what we were there for but we opted to sleep in so we didn't even try the breakfast, nor the coffee.
The hotel, hallways, and our room were very clean with no off-putting odors which isn't our normal experience in this price range. The room was spotless, shower was great and the bed comfortable. Lighting good and the heater also was good.

Cons:

The young man who checked us in could have been cheerful and welcoming, he wasn't.
