Holiday House Palm Springs

This was our first time back sine the property transitioned from The Chase, to The Holiday House. All of the improvements and changes are well thought out, without changing the overall charm of the property. The rooms and bathrooms have been very nicely updated and the staff was very attentive. The continental breakfast offered a nice array of options and the bar service in the hotel and poolside is a really nice addition. With all that and proximity to the main drag/shops/restaurants, this hotel should be on your list to experience.

The whole staff was very helpful in organizing prior and making the process easy to manage for the weekend of my wedding. After purchasing on a 3rd party website they were able to navigate and out the correct names to the separate rooms. Attentive and kind. My family loved it!

We went to Holiday House for a long weekend and felt the experience was top-notch all the way around. From the staff to the food to the service, it felt like we were in a 5 star luxury resort with white
glove treatment. The manager Felipe goes out of his way to make you feel welcome and taken care of. Highly recommend this property and the experience.

I have been to the Holiday House many times. It's now my go-to spot whenever I visit Palm Springs. It's incredibly clean. Has all the amenities. I love the included continental breakfast. The staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are top-notch. I've stayed in many of the rooms, and they're all great in their own unique way. Holiday House is what makes me continue to travel to Palm Springs again and again.

I've stayed here twice. The staff is exceptional! The ambiance is very chill and the amenities are great. I will be back next year.

Made a very last minute trip to Palm Springs, and took a chance booking Holiday House literally 20 minutes after | landed. What an AMAZING find-everything was seamless and perfect, from the minute | arrived to check in until the moment | left.
The room was as described online- it was immaculate and perfect for me; comfortable bed and ample toiletries. The pool grounds and surrounding garden areas were also pristine and very inviting. The vibe was giving 'relaxed atmosphere' while still offering the opportunity to partake in lively conversations, whether poolside or at the Lobby Bar. The location is perfect-especially for someone like me, who was not planning on renting a car. Restaurants/Bars and shopping were within a short walking distance.
And if you opt to dine at the hotel, they did offer a full menu as well as a Buffet style breakfast each morning. Most importantly, I found Felipe and the rest of the staff to be extremely kind and helpful-top notch customer service skills- with a generous dose of basic kindness towards others. I will definitely return.

We've visited once before, but not in July. It was seriously hot, but staying here, with a glorious pool, misters and the joy of fresh watermelon with zested lime brought to the sun bed, made it a fabulous place in the heat. We had a beautiful room with kitchenette with perfect air conditioning (a must!!). The bed was super comfy, and the balcony being slightly shaded meant we could sit there late in the afternoon to relax. Breakfast was great and pool service matched it. The hotel is so relaxed and beautifully finished. It's in a great location for the main street of Palm Springs and all it has to offer. It's rare for me to take photos of the fabrics and colour scheme, but it is really a delight. The staff were great. I can honestly say faultless, and I can't wait to go back again.

See my Google review. Everything great EXCEPT the staff ignored our requests to clean the pool. It was gross and unsanitary. Staff should be trained to maintain the pool instead of waiting on a pool service.

We’ve just got back from another visit to Holiday House and we can’t recommend it highly enough. The location is perfect for walking to restaurants, shops and bars, as well as being just a short drive from some of the trails. The staff are so attentive and nothing is a problem and we can’t wait to come back.

We had the best time during our stay. Felipe was great and super attentive. The whole staff made our stay amazing. We will definitely be back.

We always enjoy staying at Holiday House with it's convenient proximity to downtown Palm Springs, five star service, excellent food & beverage, fabulous artwork, well-appointed rooms, and overall cool aesthetic.

Never even got a welcome drink, our air conditioning barely worked, there were gnats all over our bathroom, bed was very uncomfortable. This hotel was no way close to a 4 star hotel! Our room felt like an old motel room. Our first day pool service was non existent, day to was better once the waitress came after 1. We only got a pineapple slice one day at the pool for the “surprise and delights” and we were there all day. Would never recommend

Mid century delight. The staff is amazing, smiles and greetings, with complete service oriented details. A gem tucked in the city which is quiet and feels like an oasis. Clean comfortable rooms. I’ve stayed at many hotels in Palms Spings, this was my first experience at the hotel, however it will not be my last.

This hotel is beautiful, charming and relaxing. Every detail is carefully considered and every need is promptly addressed. We have traveled all over the world and the service here matches some of the finest available. Also, the design and layout are superb. The room are beautiful and calming. Throughout the resort, the color palette, the landscaping, the music selections, books, vibe, snacks and service - all outstanding! Can't praise it enough. Felipe is an incredible host.

We loved our stay at Holiday House!! The staff was so kind and personable, the property is beautiful, and the amenities were so fun. We got a welcome drink upon arrival, we used the free bikes to grab coffee in the morning and dined at the Pantry on our first night. The staff even gave us a free dessert of our choosing to celebrate our anniversary. Cannot recommend them enough!!

From the moment we arrived at Holiday House, we knew we had found something special. We were greeted with such warmth and even surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made us feel so welcome.

Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The complimentary breakfast each morning was absolutely delicious and such a wonderful perk. The entire property has an amazing atmosphere, and we loved meeting and chatting with other guests throughout our stay.

What truly sets Holiday House apart, though, is the staff. Felipe, Andi, Alyx, Diego, Gabe, and Erin made our experience unforgettable. Every single person was genuinely kind, attentive, and went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality is second to none.

We can’t wait to return. If you’re looking for the perfect Palm Springs getaway with exceptional service, kid free beautiful accommodations, and an unforgettable atmosphere, Holiday House is it. Five stars all the way!

Thanks to extraordinary GM of HH (Felipe) we had the most amazing stay. This is our third time staying at HH and each time is truly wonderful. This time we were upgraded to the Suite and it was absolutely stunning! Every little detail in the hotel is perfection from the chic mid century decor to the ice cream cart by the pool and the overall private/calm vibe. The service is also incredible - warm, attentive and committed to providing each guest with a memorable experience. Thank you Felipe and the team!! We will be back soon.
