Dimensioni della stanza molto piccole, considerando di aver fatto presente l'avere con noi due cani e sempre in tema, costi aggiuntivi non commisurati a taglia e tipo di cani, per questo non lo consiglierei

Struttura curata e molto pulita, i ragazzi alla reception super, gentilezza e disponibilità in ogni momento. Colazione ottima e cene super. Da ripetere.

Appena entrati in stanza ci accorgiamo che il wc era mal funzionante e creava costantemente disturbo causa continuo rumore e perdita d’acqua. Abbiamo immediatamente avvisato la reception la quale ci ha riferito che avrebbe mandato un manutentore. Abbiamo sollecitato ben 3 volte ma il problema non è mai stato risolto e dunque abbiamo passato la notte in bianco.

What a lovely place to stay. We came in stressed because the airlines lost our bags. Staff kept calling us as we drove from Geneva to make sure we were OK. Room is very comfortable, staff friendly and helpful. The town of Pellazzano is awesome; so much to do! Love!
